Beyond Khaolak

Super gelegenes und sehr sehr schönes hotel mit einem sehr schönen Garten aber allgemein ein super schöner Außenbereich.die Angestellten stets immer höflich und nett und hilfsbereit.. Man kann hier und da immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten bzw Dinge anregen verändern oder umgestalten aber das kann man in jedem Hotel. Wenn man sucht dann findet man auch aber hier muss ich sagen ist der herausragende gute Prozent Teil des Guten mehr als 90 %...aber was bzw wer hat schon 100% ? Wir sind hochzufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

This is our 4 time at Beyond Resort since we discovered this resort before COVID . Mr Hate and staffs are very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay truly enjoyable . Last day before we leaving the Beyond we enjoyed our late Thai lunch at the beach restaurant due to our late fight schedule . Thank you Mr Robert for the invitation to the cocktail. Great location on Khaolak beach. We relax during stay at 2 Bedrooms Beachfront Villa just walking distant to the beach in 1 minute. Motown on fire is the best beef steak restaurant in Khaolak as recommended menu call TEASER. Amazing view at @Beach bar & restaurant. We order the dining set up for sunset dinner. Super wow with Sunset view by the beach Special Thanks to restaurant’s staffs : Cha , Por , TIK , Tan for the warm welcome & great service.

Amazing Beyond We were staying here with our friend for 2 weeks… it was our first visit to this hotel and also to Thailand . I have to say big thank you for our fantastic holiday … hotel is amazing…staff will do anything for you … they are so nice and friendly… food is lovely.. we haven’t had any unpleasant experiences… everything here is top stars … Thank you Robert ( direct of the hotel) and your all staff making our holiday so unforgettable…We will be back ..Thank you Beyond.

What a relaxing week to celebrate our fourth anniversary. The staff, food and villa were great and made the week special . We had the all inclusive package which had a variety of choices. The band that played each night were fantastic and included the guest in the music selection. While it advertises as adult only there is a minimum age of 12 so there was some teenagers

We have just got back from a family holiday (21 & 17yrs old daughters) at Beyond and wanted to write a review straight away, so that I didn’t forget anything! This was our first trip to Thailand and we were thrilled with our choice to stay at Beyond. The location is faultless, right on the beach, with several restaurants just a short walk (3, 5, 10 or 20 mins) along the beach. We stayed on a breakfast only basis & we’re really pleased we did, with so many nearby beach front restaurants to choose from for lunch & dinner. We had 2 rooms, which were spacious, clean & well equipped and the beds & pillows were comfy & plump 👍🏻 Apart from the location, the highlight of this hotel is the staff who are so friendly, kind & helpful. A special shout out to Alma & Hat who work in the breakfast cafe & the beach bar/restaurant. They always greeted you with a smile & were so friendly. On Reception, Orn & Deerzy were very helpful & efficient in resolving a room change & a credit note, without any fuss and New always greeted us with a genuine smile & said hello. My ONLY criticism, which stopped me giving it 5 stars is that the Beach bar does not open until 11am, which makes getting any sort of drink, even a water, a bit of a faff! You either have to go back to your room to get one out of the fridge or go back to the breakfast cafe, not ideal in your swimwear 🤔 or buy one in the small shop. We couldn’t understand the logic of not having a member of staff at the beach bar from 10am, selling drinks, apart from being more convenient for the guests, they’d make more money 🤷🏻‍♀️ Finally, a recommendation - I saw in another TripAd review that someone mentioned booking an excursion with a tour guide at the Be Friend restaurant (worth a visit 😋) so when we went for dinner there, I got his number & messaged him about s trip to James Bond island. They txt straight back & were super helpful & efficient, not to mention much cheaper than the tour company in the hotel. They are called Alex Taxi Tour KhaoLak and you will definitely not regret booking with them 👍🏻 We did 2 trips, one with Alex & one with his wife Nan and it was the best decision we made all holiday! We also found a reliable & friendly taxi guy called Tan Taxi and I have attached both there numbers in the photos, you won’t be disappointed with the service they provide. Apologies for the long review but I wanted to include the things that were important to us & had made our holiday so amazing.

Booked last minute as my original hotel was a disappointment. The Beyond was superb and a good value for price. Large pool area in fron of a fabulous beach that goes on forever. There were also local restaurants on that beach for cheap, local dining options. Room was spacious, breakfast was good. Hotel also offers a shuttle for a small fee to the main village during evening hours. Clientele was international. Some hotel staff did not communicate well however.

This Resort is well-managed and the staff are exceptional. My friend & I stayed for one month and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beyond Resort Khaolak. The employees work very hard, work very long hours, all in Thailand's heat, constantly seeking ways to serve the Resort's guests, and I never once overheard anyone complaining. I want to especially compliment New @ reception and Ning@ Housekeeping. New went out of her way to provide me with exceptional service by personally mailing a letter for me when I didn't know where to find a post office. (Thank you again, New.) And Ning...how may I sing her praises? She is kind, demonstrated wonderful customer service by taking a few minutes each day to converse with me as I tried to learn her language, and is so efficient at her job that I would hire her myself if I owned a business in Thailand!
