Hotel feels very dated and poorly designed. From the moment you walk into the lobby which is carpeted with AstroTurf, you feel like you are in a 2* motel. The rooms are extremely far from the “reception” so you have to wait for a buggy to pick and drop you off each time. They try to charge a 2000B holding fee when you arrive, which I didn’t in cash have so had to leave my passport. The rooms are honestly oversized for no good reason, the sofas are like cardboard coated with hard plastic. Shower was only luke warm, I complained 3 times and the maintenance man came and claimed he repaired it only for me to endure another Luke warm shower. Tbh, I came here expecting a relaxing getaway - in the end I had to book another hotel elsewhere and check out after 2 nights. I’d very much avoid.

DANGEROUS HOTEl!!!!! Scam hotel, unsafe, smell of *******, refuse to refund me, left after one night, someone tried to break into the room and said it’s okay just change rooms, rather than solving the problem, will they give me a refund, no!!! Rooms are bare, with loud music playing all night until 07:00am, can’t sleep, can’t rest, live in fear as someone tries to break into our room, we called up the security and no one ever came…… Liars, timeshare people everywhere after the incident and trying to checkout ti get my money back one of these losers tried to sale me their nonsense products, he never knew I was with my wife whom is Chinese and he started to slag the Chinese off, seriously! Furthermore they charge 1000 baht a night deposit, so if you stay for 7 nights it be 7000 baht deposit, poor transportation, hotel built on top of a steep hill thus hard to walk up the hill and they provide a car for a simple 30 second drive at 300 baht a time, don’t go, am on a mission to get my money back!!!! Please read the. Messages, anything goes wrong it’s okay they will not refund you, have gone to the local police station because they are thieves and liars, dangerous hotel, it’s not about the money it’s about safety

For those who like great view and pool outside room , is an excellent place to be in ,personally enjoy it very much with my partner Pros Nice , very big clean room big sofa to relax , which can be transform into a sofa bed, good pool overlooking the sea and patong skyline Have microwave , medium size refrigerator to put all yours 🍺 beer and drinks , do provide toothbrush and toothpaste There a 300baht per person Mookata and BBQ shop buffet about 250m to 300m away from hotel , suitable for seafood (prawn , crab, fish and meat lovers) - walkable distance Cons - location very far from beaches and nightlife need to have own transport , very hilly place , breakfast was super boring , everyday same , not much variety, main pool near administrative block is nice , but far away from room area, but they do provide pickup regularly for those staying here to bring you from room to main pool , for those that that want to swim in main pool-. Room tv channel very limited . And worst of all is the room deposit required , 1000 baht per day of stay, I stay 3 days so is 3000baht as deposit . Overall - personally feel is great place to stay and relax , cos I have own transportation for my trip here . Breakfast really need major improvements, no bacon , only chicken ham , chicken sausages Place not suitable for those who love , nightlife’s partying , walking near to beach , shopping and massage , no transportation will be a major hassle ,unless you rent your own transportation- bikes will be the best transportation, but to travel to different parts of the island , small to medium car will be a better choices , Phuket is a warm and humid place - really need some aircon after some actions- 😂

Overall, hotel is quite secluded. If you dont have transportation rented, it is difficult location to get to places. Shuttle service is offered within the hotel facility. Breakfast is ok. We did room hopping. First one was One bedroom with pool access. Room itself had unnecessary spaces. Air condition had no quiet mode so very noisy. No weird smell or bugs. Premier suite with jacuzzi. Room is satisfactory, clean and well designed. But air condition is also noisy.

Food was pretty bad Some staff very rude Made multiple bookings and price variations were large

All my friends love this resort.This time we've found the new poolside bar and have a nice night there.King Kong was gone.Will definitely come again. 💃💃💃
