I liked the pool set up. Very comfortable and always available. Generally the space was quite nice and the shower pressure was excellent, which is always important. I got there very late and they were accommodating.

Very nice place. We stayed in the bungalow overlooking the lake. Very relaxed and peaceful hotel. Would definitely recommend.

這是我這幾年以來住過最差最差，沒有之一的度假酒店。要不是因為第二天在附近打高爾夫，而且到的晚沒辦法定了這裏。 房間是挺大，所有東西極其陳舊。房間門就是一個玻璃推拉門對着酒店泳池，非常沒有安全感，沒有鎖，就是個活的插銷。房間裏空調發黃，一股味道最奇葩的是沒有任何洗漱用具！任何都沒！空空的拖鞋也沒有！ 簡直是離譜！莫名其妙的一個酒店。 不適合任何中國人。。。

В целом отель понравился, за исключением одного момента. В первый день нас заселили даже не в номер, а в какое-то подсобное помещение в котором были сложены стулья и был установлен массажный стол. Первый раз с таким столкнулся. Мы были просто шокированы. Похоже накладки с бронированиями. Ехать было некуда, поэтому переночевали так, под утро обнаружив в этой комнате таракана и муравьев.
На следующий день нас переселили в номер поторый мы бронировали с видом озеро. Вид конечно очень красивый. Атмосфера спокойная.
Ездить на пляж конечно далеко, только на такси или байке. Мы ездили через приложение Болт, а это 300бат в каждую сторону.

Being away for my family, I was looking for a hotel which will offer a lot of private time against the hustle and bustle of a typical tourist hotspot. Based on our experience we pretty much nailed it to the dot. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place with one side having long term condos with friendly expats living and the other side is the hotel mostly facing the small lake. The hotel has a good pool with some sharp edges, but upon enquiry its set for renovation. Once's in the pool its difficult to get out. My son enjoyed it. Even my elderly parents tried the pool who in a typical busy hotel would be hesitant. This is a small cozy place, the restaurant on premises is run by an external company, but makes amazing pizza and eggs benedict's. We were going to stay 3 nights and then move to a different hotel near the Patong beach for 2 nights, but we loved the hotel so much that we canceled our other booking and stayed all our nights in Serenity. The hotel has limited staff as its business model but all are polite and friendly.
