Creo que es un jefe chino. Siento que todavía estoy en China en su apartamento. Todo está en chino. Escuché que es la primera vez que vivo en su casa. Beautiful old hotel right opposite the Royal Palace. The hotel grounds make you feel like you're surrounded by nature. The rivrr promenade is a 3 minute walk away. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Western, Asian and local Cambodian food. After arriving quite late, Mealea restaurant was great for dinner. We had a few drinks, a salad and 2 local dishes which came to around $45. Overall, a lovely place to stay and will definitely return.

I recently stayed in Anik Palace Hotel with my Team of 30 pax. We were there to participate in SEAGAMES 2023, Cambodia. My team enjoyed and had a great time at the hotel. The service was marvelous. The front desk /Food &Dining service is almost perfect! We couldn't think of anything to have to complain. With such a big team, everything requested and required was almost solved immediately. Thumbs up to all the management and staff of the hotel. Malaysia Petanque Team had a GREAT STAY. We highly recommend this hotel to other TRAVELLERS and we will come back for our next visit.

My husband and I stayed at Pavilion in March at the end of our 2+ week Cambodia trip and absolutely loved this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and feature lush, jungle-like landscaping around the colonial style main building with a couple of nice pools - one by the restaurant/dining area and one on the backside of the hotel. Our room was actually a freestanding 'bungalow' with large windows on three sides of it, protected by a wooden fence for privacy and equipped with a little outside seating area (along with pretty much all the bells and whistles you'd expect for comfort). I believe there are only one or two of its kind - and we had no idea at the time of booking that this room type was what we'll be staying in. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even provided a recommendation for a wonderful nearby spa when I couldn't score a massage-reservation at Pavilion at my desired time (it was called Samatha Spa, highly recommended too!). They offered a handful great breakfast options in the morning ... sitting poolside felt so peaceful that we also had lunch here on our second day. In a bustling city like Phnom Penh having a peaceful place like this to return to and recoup from sightseeing activities was perfect. They also offer bicycles to their guests, we saw. All in all we highly recommend Pavilion to travelers staying in the riverside area of Phnom Penh.

Especialmente el hotel está en una buena ubicación. Está a poca distancia de todas las atracciones. Hay supermercados y varios restaurantes alrededor, lo cual es muy conveniente. Vale la pena mencionar que pagué un depósito de 100 dólares estadounidenses cuando hice el check-in. Cuando hice el check out, el camarero dijo que faltaba una generación de papas fritas, por lo que deduje 5 dólares estadounidenses. Después de la explicación, finalmente se reembolsó todo el depósito.

As I stepped out of the tuk tuk struggling with my carry on, a guard from the hotel hurriedly came up and took my carry on up the stairs, and then another young man opened the door to the beautiful spacious inviting lobby of the hotel : the young girls at the desk Oun Samnang and the Manager Ms. Seng quickly attended to my registration, while a cold welcoming drink and a moist hand towel was given to me to be refreshed from the hot ride to the hotel! I was asked if I wanted to know more about what was in the neighbourhood area that I would like to visit and I assented: important detail here: I was asked first which was quite perceptive since anyone coming in tired would be too tired to listen! I was quickly shown to my spacious room which was clean, cool and smelled heavenly! I was here for a staycation away from the bustle and hustle of the city with its loud construction sounds: - ALL staff very attentive: from the pool cleaner to the hotel maintenance cleaners: thank you - I had fresh fruit awaiting me when I went up to the room: there was glass bottle with water and a refill station downstairs if needed more: very environmentally conscious ! BRAVO for this! - the safety box gave me trouble and immediately the manager and staff came up and within minutes helped me - it was found out that somehow I was double booked from my online booking, and the manager who discovered it quickly pointed this out because she did not want me to be charged twice on my credit card: I was very impressed with her attention to detail ( I will not know yet how this will be solved since I booked online through Agoda) Breaking news: Manager Seng solved that for me and I was not charged! VERY GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU Manager Seng! - the French cafe Le Cafe at White Mansion＞: cannot say enough about the staff there and the manager Ms.Sokunthy of that cafe: breakfast was delicious: coffee hot like I want and not warm as in other hotels: attention being given to even down to the bread knife for the baguette! Even if I just wanted great desserts and coffee, a place to work, I can always come to the cafe here on my day off! They graciously brought out my breakfast to the pool side area for me! - the room: amenities good: I like the idea of liquid soap rather than the little soaps given at other hotels! AND there is a blow dryer in the room! - I am an early riser: so happy that breakfast which was included began at 6:30 - at ‘turn down’ for the bed around 6, freshly baked delicious cookies were brought to the room! Cons: - it is an international hotel: so smoking is allowed everywhere: so a positive for smokers but a non-smoker who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I had to shorten my times at the pool because of this -

Sólo advierte que si caminas siempre te molestas por tuk tuk's buscando negocios. Pasar por la carretera puede ser difícil ya que es muy ocupado. Habitaciones - Limpias básicas y todo lo que necesitas en un país caliente. El único problema es que puede ser ruido debido al piso de piedra que echo es el sonido de las sillas que se mueven. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto a la casa de la ciudad, y la ciudad se ha vuelto a la casa de la ciudad. Una selección de desayunos cocidos que representan muchas culturas (nodos, sopa, huevos occidentales, etc.). Almuerzo/Semana tenían una buena selección de pequeñas piezas (burritos, vegas y dips) y platos occidentales y asiáticos (bierras, nodillos, arroz) Atenciones - Buen señal de WiFi en todo el mundo. Restaurante y bar limpio y mezcla de asientos disponibles. Mesa de piscina. La piscina era maravillosa en el techo con grandes vistas. Grande lo suficiente para tener un poco de nadar. Siéntate cansado en la tarde cuando la gente vuelve de la visita. Recomendar al hotel como no encontramos o no tienen ningún negativo.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.
