Hotel justo en el medio de la ciudad, habitación grande, hotel muy limpio y muy étnico java, hotel de cinco estrellas con vestíbulo muy agradable, piscina interior pequeña y hermosa con gimnasio grande, pero desafortunadamente la sauna no funciona excepto en el vestíbulo, hay un lugar de relajación en la mayoría de todos los pisos, hay estacionamiento gratuito disponible, hay tanta comida alrededor, pero la mayoría de los restaurantes tradicionales, un gran espejo en la habitación, un personal agradable, puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles de cinco estrellas en solitario, solo el área del hotel y las instalaciones son limitadas

Beautiful well maintained hotel with good breakfast spread and good staff. They have beautifully decorated the hotel especially the lobby and along the corridors to the guests rooms. I just love the big fluffy clean fresh smelling towels. The location of the hotel is also so strategically located near to places to visit. I would love to stay in the hotel again if I get to visit Solo again in the next future

We mostly stay at this hotel whenever visiting Surakarta and usually satisfied with their service. But this trip a bit different.
We strictly booked non-smoking room. During check in process , receptionist asking me to sign a non-smoking statement (as usual). But we a bit wonder because the floor sign in the elevator shows it is general floor while level 2 to 7 have non-smoking floor sign. We didn't have problem during afternoon, and went out around 6 pm. When we went back at almost midnight, we can smell smoke inside our room. We did complaint. The manager on duty was offering us to move to another room at non smoking floor. We agreed and thankfully it was upgraded room.
We appreciate the quick respond and decision taken by the manager. We knew it was busy time (year end and almost midnight). We expect their front office can do better for giving attention to non-smoking room request

it's definitely a very beautiful hotel in the solo city center. very convenient as it is walking distance to many famous culinary spots.
will stay again, love the interior but they need to elevate their cleaning procedures. my tea spoon is not washed.

Was great to stay in this hotel for the weekend as we could go to car free day event in the mornin. Also many street food stalls nearby. Really perfect location.

It was a very bad experience. I booked the original room to someone else without anyone asking the next day. Even a small hotel can do it. Please choose this hotel carefully.
