I was told that management would contact me about my stay. Manager’s card I was given is Anna by an employee named Anna, at the front desk. I stayed for one night, June 25th. The tub wasn’t draining properly and the sink at the wet bar was constantly dripping no matter how many failed attempts I made at stopping it’s drip, so that I could sleep. Luckily I had two beds and 8 pillows to choose from because there were unidentifiable hairs and fibers on the bedding. Drip-drip-drop was keeping me wide awake though, so I went downstairs and requested a new room. I lost atleast an hour of valuable rest time, dealing with the inconveniences of the room and transporting all of my things to the new one. It was ridiculous. And to not even hear from management..it’s unacceptable. Thanks but never again!!!
