Not bad for the price. The bathroom was clean but in need of updating. The room was clean. The staff were very nice. They offer free breakfast.

Nice hotel room, plenty spacious with good facilities. Only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was really hard, which made it difficult to get any sleep!

The staff was wonderful! Rooms are clean, have a microwave and mini fridge. The shower was hard to get to turn on but that was minor. We’ve stayed here before and will again!

Parking was not the best. The walls of the property must be paper thin, as you could hear things going on in multiple rooms from your.

I booked a one night stay for a family event. I made a typo on the date. I received the email confirmation but didn’t pay a lot of attention to it. The night before, I get an email asking how my check in was. I called ********** and they were awesome!! They called microtel and asked if I could switch it to the next night instead and we’re told a flat NO. They would not let me change it and that would charge me the entire night. That is absolutely terrible customer support! I will never book with microtel or it’s affiliates again.

Very disappointed in this hotel. For $116 I didn’t expect dead bugs in the bathroom vent fan and a clogged toilet. I went down to the front desk to see if they could do anything about the toilet. They gave me a plunger.

The worst part of the two night stay was the noise level, our second night on the floor where we were roomed. Walls are paper thin. You could hear full conversations. Sleep was broken multiple times. Did not contact desk due to fear of retribution from multiple number of people in adjacent room. Many other guests on that floor were slamming doors and loudly talking during the night. No thought of other lodgers. The staff and accommodations were great; very limited breakfast offerings. If you stay ask for room on First floor. The stay was expensive, but necessary. Hopefully evening and night staff can check second floor for lodgers not able to show common courtesy to others.
