The Northern Comfort Inn

Nos alojamos aquí por una noche en agosto. Llegamos por la noche después de un día largo y húmedo. Encontramos la cabaña muy limpia y fresca, con todo lo que necesitábamos. Llenamos el jacuzzi a nuestra llegada, lo cual fue fácil de hacer, y tuvimos una velada muy relajante. La ubicación es hermosa, con la mayoría de las cabañas con vista a un pequeño lago. Es pacífico, tranquilo y hermoso. Definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo.

nos quedamos una noche en una de las cabañas grandes. Son bastante amplias y están bien equipadas. Nuestra cabaña estaba directamente ya la orilla del lago. Hermosa vista. Camas bien. Solo tenga en cuenta que dos de los tres dormitorios están arriba, y la escalera es más pequeña, muy empinada. Y Olafsfjördur es un pueblo de pescadores, el olor en el pueblo es bastante "intenso" :-)

We went here a couple of weeks back as my husband was snowboarding, so we were surrounded by lots of snow. The cabin was cosy and clean and the guy in the hostal opposite was lovely. Such a beautiful quiet area. I never been somewhere so silent and peaceful. The hot tub in the snow was a lot of fun thank you

This was my first time in Ólafsfjörður and at the Northern Comfort Inn and my expectations were exceeded 10x over. The rooms are great, the amenities are modern and cozy, the coffee is free and flowing, and the activities are abundant. All is included, from the billiards table to the free kayaks and équipement to be utilized at the stunning lake the property sits on. The owner is pleasant and helpful and conversing with him was another highlight in and of itself. I would highly recommend staying here whenever you find yourself in this charming northern town.

The Brimnes Cabin is simply wonderful, was the highlight of our trip! The location couldn't be better, in front of this beautiful lake and close to the mountains. The Cabins has an incredible peace and delightful view of the Icelandic landscape. The cabin is very big and super comfy. The bedrooms and common spaces have a perfect, comfortable and super spacious structure. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom impeccable and functional! The best part was the hot tube, with the amazing view of the lake and the landscape! We loved! Highly recommended, truly an amazing experience!

Chalet très confortable au bord du lac, bien équipé, avec cuisine bien équipée et hot spot individuel utilisable à volonté sur terrasse privative, bien chauffé l hiver , parking devant le chalet, au calme, literie confortable, aménagement sympathique

Nicht zu Empfehlen!!! Viel zu Teuer. Die Bungalows liegen direkt an der Strasse. Vom Bungalow aus sieht man direkt auf eine befahrene Strasse. Die Fotos die gemacht wurden und mit dem das Hotel wirbt ist nicht das was man bekommt. Bungalow Sauber aber kein Duschmittel vorhanden. Hot Pot mit Aussicht auf einer Strasse und einem kleinen Fluss. Nicht zu empfehlen. Kleine Bungalow in einer Industrie Stadt. In der Stadt hat es keine Restaurants und auch nur ein Supermarkt.

Hot tube in ogni boungalow CONSIGLIATO

Hotel sieht nicht einladend aus. Hatten ein grosses Cabin, das tiptop war. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Grosses Bad. Eigener Hot Tub auf der Veranda. Heizung hat funktioniert, war angenehm warm. Bequeme Sofagruppe, war eine Wohltat nach einigen kleinen Hotelzimmer.
