Sort notice but let's us have the same room as the night before very clean lovely aromatic crispy duck in the restaurant couldn't get much closer to all amenities brilliant friend like staff the only negative is is no earl grey tea or hot chocolate sachets and terrible milk sachets that you need about 6 per cup of tea apart from that absolutely brilliant paid an extra £5 for breakfast in bed it was ok but not as good as I expected the coffee was cold on arrival which was a bit disappointing and they didn't bring up any toast and jams for the price of the hotel I would have expected little extras like that

Overall was a great stay. Most staff were nice but there is one guy during midnight shift was being rude for not letting my friend into the lobby while i go upstairs for a shower.

We booked a night away to celebrate our anniversary and my partners birthday, the room was huge, the bathroom was beautiful! The breakfast was to die for. I don’t have a bad word to say about the stay. We will definitely be returning.

Rooms were not ready at 3pm as promised which delayed us but the hotel was clean with good amenities. Breakfast the next morning was great! Buffet style food which you could help yourself to but a freshly cooked full English available alongside!

Overall it was okay, however there were issues with the heating. The staff were very helpful so cannot fault that side of things.

Stayed at the Park Plaza Nottingham many times and it never fails to deliver. Great hotel, great rooms, good breakfast and good staff. Highly recommend anyone to stay there!!

We could not fault this hotel .
From the very helpful and friendly staff to the spacious clean superior double room.
Room came with security safe and mini fridge.
All in all a very pleasant one night stay , with a late check out time of 12.00 .
We will definitely be back for a return stay.
