The hotel is centrally located. The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the decorative items leading to the breakfast place were one of a kind. The rooms looked classy. I highly recommend it.

Hotel situé en pkrin ce tre. Chambres très confortables. Bon petit déjeuner.

Great hotel with nice lobby. The corridors are full of memerobilia that deserves to be in a museum. Congratulations for the exibitions. The employees are nice and helpfull. Amazing breakfest. Good price. Located in the middle of the citu and close to everything.

With only one night in Nicosia, we chose the Centrum Hotel primarily because of its excellent location: less than 10 minutes’ walk from the bus station, the green line crossing into the Turkish sector, Ledra Street, Eleftheria Square and the Shacolas Observatory. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were given a room upgrade to the top floor (401) where it was very quiet, and we had a good night’s sleep. The room was rather bare and spartan, fine for an overnight stay but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for a week. The bathroom was functional but had a rather cold and basic feeling, with no water trap to keep the water within the shower area. However, everything was very clean, with good toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. The electric heating system worked efficiently. One of the best aspects of our stay was the excellent Cypriot-style breakfast, part buffet and part cooked in the kitchen. It was served on the lowest floor of the building, where we were surrounded by interesting vintage gadgets, displayed rather like a museum! We would certainly recommend this hotel, and particularly for its location and its breakfast!

Unfortunately, even though the rooms were relatively good in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size, the hospitality was not up to standard. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, a group of 40 people for the purposes of the conference. The reception was very rude treating us like we were not paying clients even though we had booked a number of rooms, often saying that the ‘clients’ have been complaining. 12 people were refused to use the lobby at 10 pm saying that it was closed. There was no sign saying so and we were never informed of any such policy. Instead of being welcomed at the premises, we were treated as if the hotel was doing us a favour by allowing us to stay there. At the same time, the very same receptionist was either sleeping during working hours making us believe that he was the one being disturbed or was watching very loudly videos on his phone. Another receptionist was talking on the phone and was screaming. Overall the professionalism of the staff compromised the facilities of the hotel.

This is a very well located, clean, comfortable hotel in the centre of Nicosia. The triple room we had booked was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had the usual hot and cold options, don't expect a huge selection but this hotel does not advertise this anyway. Overall we had a very pleasant 1 night stay and I would stay at the hotel again.

Simple and clean rooms, wonderfully located in the walled city, close to a large bus station, and an easy walk to the border gate crossing. Staff accomodating and welcoming. Fun collection of antique work tools and other items near dining hall. Highly recommended!

Under the lowest point. Terrible check in. Poor breakfast with old products. Could not come with friends into hotel after 23:00. Got 3 police persons asking me what happens after waiting 30 minutes to get into the hotel. Paid more than 400 for 5 days and almost got deportation from the country

We were put in a room that had nothing to do with the pictures on their advertisement and was of very low quality (pictures of the room we were put in attched). When we complained they didn't even argue it being the room of the photos but said we had been in the room already for 45 minutes and had no right anymore to complain. I needed to get customer service from *********** envolved and email the pictures to Booking. Only after Booking escalated they allowed cancelation and waved the cancelation fee. The receptionist of the hotel was extremely toxic with no intention to provide any customer service. The gaslighting from the receptionist of us being 45 min already in the room was an effrontery that never happened to me traveling throughout the world over 30 years.
