Four Points by Sheraton Newark Christiana Wilmington

We checked in around 11am. As soon as we arrived we noticed used dirty towels in the bathroom. Hair in the sink and no coffee cups and a water bottle and plastic over the table in the room. One of the beds were messy and unset. Called the front desk and the lady apologized and said they would fix it right away. Me and my fiancée left so they could and came back to the same picture. Mind you on the way back a cleaning employee was sitting in a room doorway chatting away and laughing on the phone. Whatever not a big deal. We cleaned up the mess and settled in to relax. At the end of the day I was resetting the other bed that we slept in bc of the other not being clean and noticed a dark large yellow stain on the sheets that was hidden by a thick cover. So disgusting knowing we slept on a stained bed. We went to check out early and we’re told there was no extra charge for this and was told the same thing in the AM before we booked. Now they just charged me an extra 50$? Why? This hotel was a disappointment and turned a day that was supposed to be relaxing and a break from everything into another hectic day. Very disappointed knowing I payed 120 for a hotel that wasn’t even worth 60$. I would love a refund.

Every time I’ve stayed it has been so peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing! I love the atmosphere, the body wash and lotion because sometimes you forget something at home! The beds are amazing and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious!!

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting family. We appreciate the close distance and convenience of nearby amenities; but for the last two stays we were greatly disappointed with the service and events that transpired. Our cleaning toiletry bag was stolen by staff. This is the second time things were stolen at this property. The A/C noise was intolerable and the bathroom was sub par. We were moved to a different room and it was fine the rest of the stay but we will not be going back in the future.

The customer service I received was very helpful and very informative. Your front desk staff went over and above to make sure my stay is completely safe and pleasant. Above checking in on the 16 and extending my stay the front desk assistant was very helpful. Thank you Almere’s and Natasha for your help and kindness. Both ladies customer service was excellent. Again thank you both

It very close to 95 , mall and main business. It very clean, quiet and supportive staff.

I seek a full and partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the presence of an insect on the bed . This was found and I had to rush to avoid an insect bite.

I saw bugs in my room and sitting area after I checked in and was relaxing watching TV with my family. I went to the receptionist and she send a staff to get the bugs out. The bed was old and the TV was off and on with service loading issues. I left the room for hours came back and it was not clean towel were not change by the housekeeping staff. However the receptionist at the front desk were very helpful.

Warm, welcoming check-in. Clean, up-to-date furnishings. Onsite dining options.

The bartender was awesome. Food was great. Bed was comfy. Property was close to a busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise.
