No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary coffee. Seagulls gather outside of our window because people are encouraged to feed them there. They made such a racket that they woke me up. Noisy trashy birds.

Our stay at Courtyard in New Bern was delightful. Very clean. Comfy bed! And it was the perfect location, close enough to walk everywhere downtown, included the brewery triangle out on Pollock and the Tryon Palace (a must see). The staff was especially kind and thoughtful. We will definitely go back!

The staff here are just so amazing never had a bad stay here!!! I recommend this hotel over Double Tree anyday!!! Plus the amazing views of the water were perfect!

My experience was great. I was disappointed in the fact that the room I paid for and the room I received were different. I was hoping for a relaxing weekend with my husband. Waking up and seeing water from our bed. Instead i woke up to a side view of water/boat ramp and a tree. The amount thatviwas charged was ridiculous for 2 nights of not what I signed up for. The place for the most part was clean. The staff was acceptable. I just really did not like the fact that I didn't get the room I paid for.

Staff are very helpful, took very good care of me. Room was big, bathroom shower was average. Bed was grand. Starbucks in the lobby.

Very nice hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful! Beds slept well. I only had one issue with the shower not being completely clean, but again it was quickly taken care of. I will definitely stay there again. Also, no free breakfast.

The property is very clean and well-kept.
Our room was lovely - it had a beautiful view of the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed a nice breakfast in the café the next morning.

Air-conditioner very loud. Carpet very old, doesn’t feel clean. Sheets and towels don’t feel fresh either.
