Check in experience was terrible as the reception staff made us feel unwelcome, as per policy they have to take deposit but online it does NOT mention credit card! We have a normal bank card, But staff assumed that we don’t want to pay the deposit and in front other guest they asked us to leave the hotel. It is very embarrassing. Finally they accepted our bank card but the receptionist was so confused who check-in us in and told us the card is not working, he didn’t even inserted the card in the correct machine! I am a hotel reception manager I understand the hotel policy but here at Westotel Staff need some serious customer service training.
Over all the hotel is great, room was newly refurbished, free car park. Restaurant & Bar super expensive!
