Excellent! Very clean, friendly staff, quiet. Stayed here for my daughter volleyball tournament and was very pleased. Heard from fellow parents who stay at other nearby hotels that theirs were super loud and dirty. Glad I chose Fairfield!

Great location. Lots of shopping, and restaurants close by. Very clean inside and out. Comfortable beds. The pool was a nice area. Breakfast had hot menu items had lots of choices.

The breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly. She even brought out a plate of bacon for our aunt when she heard her say she wanted some. This was especially nice because our aunt and all of us were in town for her sister’s funeral (my mother-in-law).
This hotel is good choice when visiting Muncie, especially if you want to be near Ball State or the north side of town.

Breakfast was not good. The beds were comfy. The front desk was friendly. No shampoo in the shower and room was so hot. Even with the air on in November.

Food options for breakfast were great. Everything was clean. Beds were a bit too firm for us but managed. Bathroom was a bit tight. Everyone was nice. Lots of kids being really loud running down hallways on 2nd floor friday night, saturday was quiet though. Close to restuarants and shopping. Didn't use pool or whirlpool but it was open.
