Everything was perfect. The staff was awesome. I always stay at the Quality Inn when I come to Mt Pleasant to watch my daughter play hockey.

The room was very small and it had a smell to the room and the bedding. I had to spray my perfume all over just to be able to sleep there. Not bad if it’s just a quick last minute sleeping spot.

It was a so so stay . We were on the first floor and it was loud like the walls were thin. And for the free breakfast there was hardly anything just waffles to make and cereal with like little muffins and bread .

Room was very nice, clean, and updated. The only problem we had was the shower curtain rod was loose and the curtain would slide down and get water all around.

The hotel was fairly clean. The beds need to be updated and the rooms could definitely use some renovations to make them more inviting and comfortable for guests. The staff was friendly and our room was ready on time. So service was excellent.
