Disfruté mucho de cada pequeño detalle durante mi estadía, incluida la limpieza, las comodidades y el ambiente tranquilo. El conserje, Angela, es el mejor y mejor servicio de recepción que he encontrado. ¡Todo lo mejor!

Very friendly staff, clean room. Nice bed and shower.
I wish more carts were available. With a two year old I really needed one. During the first four nights I couldn’t find one. On my last day I asked if one could be brought from another building and they were happy to accommodate!
Moser trash bags in the room would have been nice and an oven, but other than that I really enjoyed my stay! Will stay again!

I stayed the hotel for 6 nights.
What I most dislike about this hotel is the card key. Often times I needed to inside and out the card key because of unrecognizable.
Most staff are friendly, the room I stayed was clean enough (except some cups in the shelf). Caution before using stuffs in the shelf, some of them were unwashed.

Property was well maintained and the staff was nice but not overly helpful. The room was clean but in the middle of our stay we woke to ants all over one of the nightstands. We had left trash there the night before but it seemed they'd been looking for a snack. Other than that the stay was good.

1) These are NOT Sonesta beds. I slept horribly & Sonesta usually has the most comfortable beds but these weren’t it. 2) there was no handsoap in either bathroom or at the kitchen sink so i had to go back down to the front desk immediately after checking in. 3) the lady at the front desk was lacking in customer service 4) the exterior doors to the buildings are supposed to require a card for entry & these were open so i felt like the buildings could have been more secure.

Too many people smoking near the entrances, room wasn’t ready even though we checked in well after the required time, key readers were problematic, fire alarm went off during stay causing an evacuation (not their fault but still). Front desk lady was really nice (can’t remember her name).

It’s difficult to give a rating because we had such different experiences with staff. We arrived at 4 and were told to come back in an hour or so. That wasn’t possible as we were in town for an event that started at 5. We had hoped to get into our room and quickly change clothes, but we were not able to do that. I understand that the lady at the front desk was not at fault, but the way she handled it was disappointing. A welcoming smile and a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Instead we got no greeting and told to come back later. When questioned, she said they can’t guarantee check in time. We checked in after our event (after midnight) and were told that our room had 2 queens instead of a king and queen like we booked. Angela at the desk was quite helpful and made it right for us. The room was comfortable and clean.
