La playa está lejos, el servicio es normal, el restaurante es único, ¡en serio no vale la pena!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

¡La habitación que pagamos por $3600 no valía la pena! ¡Las persianas automáticas no funcionaron! Los muebles se habían desconchado, el ipad de la habitación no funcionaba. Noté un excelente servicio al cliente por parte del personal con invitados caucásicos. Teníamos una suite junior con piscina y servicio de mayordomo. Nunca vimos al mayordomo durante las tres noches que estuvimos allí. Solo nos acompañó a nuestra habitación y nunca recibimos nuestra botella de champán gratis. Al día siguiente vimos a nuestro mayordomo mostrándole al nuevo huésped que llegó al lado de nosotros la habitación desde la piscina y cómo funcionan las cosas. Quizás no recibimos la misma cortesía porque éramos afroamericanos y pensaron que no daríamos propina.

This property was amazing! Kitson was amazing he greeted me upon arrival, made sure I knew where to go and helped me to my room. The check in staff was so helpful very knowledgeable and i must say this resort was ran very well i felt very safe. Everything was clean my room was clean and comfortable housekeeping was fast and i loved how i got a phone call to verify i received anything that i asked for. My only complaint is i called in days before my arrival to let them know it was my birthday and that was not notated. I let them know once i checked in and they definitely made it up to me and i was able to arrange breakfast in bed the next day. 10/10

What a nice resort! Everyone was friendly and the food was excellent! The only thing I’d warn people about is the party a**osphere in the evenings. If you like to turn into bed earky like me, it can be a bit annoying but that is their vibe! Overall my husband and I had a great experience.

This my 2nd time staying at Breathless since December. It was wonderful once again. XHALE Club swim out with Butler. Fish nets was a nice restaurant. I also walked over to Secrets. We have full access to Secrets Wild Orchid and Secrets St James. It is a wonderful property. Clean and peaceful. You will get lots of rest and relaxation
