Travelodge by Wyndham Miles City

The room was dirty and the heater quit in the middle of the night. When we tried to contact the front desk, because that’s what we were instructed to do when we checked in, no one would answer. We will never stay here again!

By far the filthiest property I have ever stayed at. If it hadn’t been so late, below zero temps, and a tournament in town I would have demanded a refund and looked for other accommodations. The first few things were almost comical. Like the old, filthy room phone with all of the missing buttons, and the dust everywhere. I then started noticing the general filth and lack of maintenance. I’m pretty sure the LVT flooring has never been mopped, both the exterior and bathroom door were absolutely filthy, the mini fridge was frosted over inside. Some of the frost was brown. I could go on and on. What really put me over the edge was the large bloody booger on the wall next to one of the beds. I am at a loss as to how this motel has a single decent review. At $125 a night plus tax I would have never expected it would be such a slum. While the front desk service was okay with check-in and check-out I can’t in good faith give more than one star to staff and service considering the rooms are not getting cleaned. I wish I could post photos. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

There was a cockroach and bugs in the beds and all over the floors. We did not stay. The front desk person was nice.

The housekeeping lady was very cheerful & there was a relaxed atmosphere among other guests when we arrived. Although slightly dated the room had everything needed - towels, coffee machine, fridge etc. Good shower, comfy bed. The only two things we didn't like were the outside light on all night so lit up the room despite the curtains being closed. Maybe a motion detector option would be better. The amenities stated that breakfast was available - it wasn't & even the lobby coffee machine was turned off.

The access to the second floor was a staircase that had limited snow removal done and the outside access to the rooms had only partial snow removal. Bathroom fixtures had been cleaned but the floor was dirty with dirt and toothpick swept into the corner behind the door.

There were bugs crawling all over the bathroom floor and the refrigerator didn’t work and smelled terrible!!!

Dirty towel in bathroom when we arrived. Hard to walk around bed very small room for bed. Bathroom wall was dirty. Noisy.

No breakfast although website said breakfast available. Small space. Had to be outside or by an open door to get WiFi signal. Comfortable bed.
