When a property uses the Hilton name, I expect it to be of the highest quality in both service and upkeep. Unfortunately, although the front desk clerk on our first night gave us clearance for a late check out (12:30pm, and noted it in our file, we started getting knocks on the door and calls from the front desk on checkout day at 8am. The air conditioning unit was not properly affixed to the wall, the King sized bed we paid for was saggy and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was not properly stocked with equipment to cook. We were very disappointed.
