The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

$5 cash deposit for card key? On a paid reservation? First room I went to had not been cleaned. Second room the card key didn't work. Desk person has attitude problems. Leave this place alone

No hot water. Footprints on bed sheets. Toilet not bolted to the floor and tips. Staff was VERY rude. Your better off sleeping in a car.

Couldn’t even supply a small bar of soap. Wasn’t mentioned in advertisement that you had to pay a deposit- granted you got it back when you checked out. There was no form of a safety factor present in the bathtub to help prevent slipping.The towels looked like the floor had been mopped with them. Unfortunately the person that worked there was extremely hard to understand.

This place is in the hood. Some criminal was pounding on the window and nobody was there. I couldn't even check into my room. I didn't stay. I bought a different room. I also would never recommend orbitz either No service. No refund

The room was in terrible shape paint peeled off bathtub tv didn’t work . Home karts out the front door noisy . Not worth fifty much less a hundred . Holes in the wall . Just plain shabby

The property is located in a very questionable area. there were feral cats running on top of the motel, we heard gunfire while in our room, extremely noisy neighbors, sign stating no smoking within 20 foot of the establishment, and the ground was covered with cigarette butts, the toilet would not flush properly, the television was mounted on the wall and the wires hanging out the bottom of the tv, but would not work, no phone in the room, no number posted at the office and would not respond to the call button. We left the first thing the following morning and were unable to get a response from the staff to get a refund. The online photo's in no way matched the conditions we encountered.
