This hotel was nothing like the pictures. The room was not well maintained, the floors were filthy dirty, and the hallways reeked of smoke even though the rooms all had non-smoking signs. The bedspread looked like it had a cigarette burn hole and and the curtains had odd stains on them. I knew this was not an ideal place to stay up front, but next time I will drive further to stay somewhere nicer/better.

El hotel se encuentra en malas condiciones. Las colchas de las camas tenían hoyos de cigarro, el olor en el hotel era a cigarro en general. Mala experiencia

When we checked in we were not told the elevator was out of service. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and my husband has difficulty with stairs. The room smelled pretty bad and it was ice cold. When we turned on the TV there was no service. After checking with the front desk we were told the entire hotel was without TV service. We were then told that there was nothing that could be done and they would not refund us the cost of the room.
We would expect better service and we would expect a refund from Travelocity for $108 for the cost of the room.

The front desk lady was grouchy, no help. The room had cigarate burns, floor was dirty. Bed was comfortable and nice tv. The price was way to high for the dirtiness and unfriendlyness. Will never stay here again.

Staff was not friendly at all, elevator broken so we had to carry our heavy lluggages to the third floor by ourselves. Once in the room, it was dirty and everything was broken or poorly fixed. Bedsheets had holes and blankets too. Although it said breakfast, it was just a cereal bar and a drink. The location did not feel very safe either. The only thing that looked correct was the pool, clean.

All landscape was so old as well as the building. No closet. Everything was VERY worn and unattractive. Unusual odors, not pleasant! We went to our room and turned around and left.

Absolutely terrible. Sheets were not clean, blood on walls next to bed and toilet. Floors were sticky, found multiple, 8 live cockroach, extremely loud you could hear everything from just people walking to shutting doors. We ended up checking out earlier than expected and just slept in our van at a rest stop because we felt unsafe and because it was incredibly unhygienic.

Very disappointed with my stay. Immediately after walking in, I was greeted by very unfriendly front desk staff who refused to answer any questions I had pertaining to dining in the area what was open considering it was late after returning to my room immediately noticed giant stains and burns on the comforter that made the bed. Also the bath had water in it still in the sink. Honestly, it looks like somebody tried to just clean it as fast as I could without taking into consideration, the next person who’s going to be in the room..
Very loud and noisy at all hours of the night starting at midnight all the way until four in the morning when I woke up. It’s very difficult to sleep in and relax. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon ..waste of money.
