Best Western Legacy Inn Suites

It was an okay hotel, nothing special. The towels were so small and thin. It was bad but wasn’t anything great. Would stay again for the price and convenience of where I needed to stay. Breakfast was nice to have in the morning.

I can't complain about the Legacy Inn. It is definitely an older hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. It was satisfactory for my needs. Not perfect but acceptable. I did like the breakfast that was available. The eggs and sasage were perfectly cooked and the coffee was good. I did not try a waffle. There was a group of girls for a cheer competition and the girls were enjoying the waffles.

Elevator floors had the same broken chips on the floor at 3 pm as well as in the morning when I went down for coffee in the morning, very congenial staff, room was clean , interior of building was clean (except for elevator) unfortunately bed was lumpy …..

It was very clean and the staff was excellent and accommodating. They even set up the breakfast two and and a half hours early for us.

When I got my plane ticket and hotel through ******* they said free shuttle and I had to pay $60 out-of-pocket each way not happy

Close to Mesa Airport and the shuttle service was efficient! Friendly staff and the hotel was clea

Im deeply disappointed with Legacy Inn & Suites. I've stayed at Legacy Inn & Suites several times in the past and have never been treated with such disrespect. The morning of checkout I paid to extend my stay for another night. I called the front desk and let them know i paid for another night online. The gal said i just needed to come to front desk to sign paper and have my key rekeyed for my room. I told her i would do that in a few hours after i showered & got dressed, etc and she said that was fine. I went back to sleep for 2 hrs and was awaken by front desk calling my room to remind me to come to front desk. I apologized and told her id be down shortly. About 5 mins later the manager was knocking on my door with a man who was security and she demanded I gather my things and leave the property now. She accused me of smoking in my room and said she can smell it in hallway. I explained to her there must be a mistake because I do not smoke. There was a smoke detector in my room and it wasnt going off and i didnt smell anything. I had the heater on in the room which did have a stale scent to it but nothing real strong or smoke smelling. I was so confused and shocked by her accusation and rude behavior toward me. I explained to her again that i dont smoke and i was asleep and had just woke up. I told her i had uber deliver lunch at 11am and maybe it was food she was smelling. She didnt care what i had to say and she charged my visa $300 without my authorization.

Shortly after waking up, I was completely humiliated by the manager who knocked on my door and demanded I leave immediately as she accused me of smoking in my non smoking room. I do not smoke and I tried to explain this to her. She said she could smell it in the hallway. I had just woke up and turned the heater on in the room. I was about to begin getting cleaned up and earlier that morning I had paid for another night extending my stay. The manager forced me to pack my things and leave within 5mins. She also charged me additional $300. Again I did not smoke in my room nor did i smell smoke. There was a smoke detector in my room and it did not go off and as far as i could tell there were no other indications of there being any smoke in my room. Im completely shocked and embarrased as I had never been treated like this before. I had stayed here before without any issues or problems. Im extremely upset and disapointed with the Legacy Inn & Suites.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Draw back was the bathroom. Towels were paper thin. Shower head didn't deliver the water properly. Shower control was installed backwards. It went from off position to hot (which wasn't very hot) and then cold. The hotel location was perfect for the events we were attending in town.
