One of the best stay this hotel beats all the 3 and 4 star hotels. Not sure why 2 star.

The Hampton Inn has been a great addition to McMinnville's lodging options. Staff is nice, hotel is still new and clean. My go-to when visiting family.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was ok, not great. Food was lukewarm and coffee was very weak

Only thing I noticed was a distinct smell in the bathrooms, but figured it out later that it was from the shower curtain.
So maybe shower curtains to be washed and bleached to remove the smell

The floor, especially hard surface was DIRTY. My girlfriend threw away her socks. The toilet seat was STICKY. And despite turning the AC down when we first arrived, when we got back to the room about 11:30 that evening it was still much warmer than the rest of the hotel. It made for an uncomfortable sleep.

We enjoyed our stay, the Hotel was very easy to get to, clean, quiet , the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. This is the second time we have stay there and will continue to go there on our visits to McMinnville. It's definitely the best hotel inn town
