Sofitel Mauritius l'Imperial Resort & Spa

酒店有自己的沙灘和船屋，皮划艇、槳板是最愛，帆板沒時間用有點可惜。追海豚🐬可以在酒店訂，沙灘直接上艇，很方便。 訂了每日早晚餐，晚餐自助天天換主題，看着日落吃晚飯，很舒服。 服務不錯，健身房設施齊。房間不放瓶裝水，灌水點很多，環保又方便，挺好的理念。 典型的度假風格酒店。

整體還是很不錯，在沙灘上躺很愜意，餐廳也不錯。非自助餐的餐廳需要提前預約，不過效果很好哦。船屋也很多項目可以玩，浮潛需要預約。

酒店硬件不錯，服務也很好，餐食太西式，相對中國胃來説餐食相對簡單了一些。

景色優美，前台接待服務一流，客房服務差強人意。沒有什麼大毛病，就是沒有五星的享受。

Our stay at Sofitel has been fantastic with super friendly staff, amazing property and great food! Since the day we’ve arrived, we have been made to feel at home! Davina has been a great help and has gone above and beyond our expectations. All of the water activities were included (Kayaking, paddle boarding, snokerling, etc). This hotel also has a very big pool area which we’ve made the most out of. The rooms were very spacious. We were here for our honeymoon and the staff have great to add simple touches from bottle of Champagne to cute bed decorations! They also helped me arrange a private dinner at the beach for my partner. We would definitely recommend everyone to come and expensive this great hotel!

Overall the resort is a lovely place to stay. It was our third stay. The two pools are great and the setup very nice. The kids club was fantastic. The kids spent their time there and loved it. A special thank to Brigitte and her team who took such a good care of the kids and made all the arrangements with the babysitters /restaurant to make our life easier. The staff from the reception and the restaurants were all friendly, professional and helpful. The food wasn’t as good as it used to be unfortunately. The restaurant above the kidsclub was a great experience. the breakfast was still excellent. The SPA experience was wonderful. Thanks to the ladies who took such a good care of us. The gentleman driving the buggy was very nice and helpful when I needed help with the kids. The lady from the shop downstairs and the pharmacist/nurse on site were lovely and super helpful. Few items that may be improved: 1) Unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor and had to carry up and down the pram every day. We didn’t ask to change though but I think it would be good to ask family with young children their preference 2) offer veg/fruits in the kids menu. Although my kids could it eat fries and pizza every meals it’s not very healthy.3) maybe arrange for the dinner to be served for the children (at the kids club) between 5-7pm (7pm can be late for young children) 4) The room (family room on the Japanese garden) may need to be redone . They are old. 5) the room wasn’t always cleaned throughly and plates/platter from room dernier not taken back 6) the lunch and diner service could be sometimes a bit disorganised with a bit of waiting time. Nevertheless we had an amazing stay, thanks to everyone and we will be back!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the resort facilities. The restaurants served very good quality food and beverages. The beach side restaurant and bar was great at sunset. The infinity pool and bar was fantastic. Our room was very nice and comfortable.
