El restaurante está en remodelación y no avisaron. Su desayuno consiste en una mesa en la recepción solo con bagels, pan tostado y café. En la noche se activó dos veces la Alrma contra incendios del cuarto sin ninguna explicación y sin que nadie acudiera. A las siete y media de la mañana alguien ya se encontraba martillando y trabajando en el piso de arriba generando ruido molesto

On the water, so that’s nice. With recent updates, we thought it would be worth the extra price. But the rude staff at the desk negated any upgrades they made. The buffet breakfast is very limited and the gas station has better options. Even the coffee was terrible. Not worth the money

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The property was ideal for those traveling with dogs as there is a very nice walking area. The room was comfortable and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet. The windows could use a face lift. The outside could be updated but a comfortable stay, pet friendly and at a good price!!

We were pleased with the property overall, clean room and property but there were a couple issues that I would like to mention. Property security: the side entrance to the building near our room (room # 154) did not lock or even close properly - anyone could just walk into the building. Also, the deadbolt lock in our room did not work. You could only turn it about 1/3 of the way and it wouldn't go any farther than that. the security stop di work so that did give some sense of security.
In the room the pocket door to the bathroom did not work smoothly at all. It took both of us to open or close it when we used the bathroom.
One note about housekeeping - they did come and "clean" as we requested, but they did not provide us with clean towels or coffee pods for the coffeemaker even though they did replenish the cups to make the coffee.
Beautiful lake view from the property and we will be back in the future.....

Staff was nice and helpful but the property was run down. I expected more for $200 a night. Review said full breakfast was included and we got a minimal continental breakfast.

I was very disappointed. The upper levels smelled like cigarette smoke. Ice machine broke. Hot tub cold, sand in it and the water was the color of dirty mop water. Also sauna was broke.
