Hotel Lisboa

I always have a great stay here at Hotel Lisboa Macao, Thank you Faustine for the free room upgrade. The room was pretty big and clean. Amenities as always easy to request. I'll stay again next time.

My visit with old Lisboa started when I think of trying old hotels that is still open until this day. And since Lisboa is known for their excellent guest service experience. Arriving at the old Lisboa lets your really feel the history of Macau where once a colony of Portugal. You can see a lot of different displays which really differs from the other hotels; the Hotel Lisboa is more like museum rather than a hotel. When you check-in, the Hotel staff have different kind of badges of country flags. I believe that those badges are for the guest to recognize the hotel staff for which language they can speak fluently. Reception staff is very quick with the check-in, and recognized me with my name. She gave me a room right a way after confirming that there is only a smoking room available that time and that the non-smoking room isn't clean yet as i arrived early that day. At the first room, it has a small problem which the bellman solves quickly by calling his colleague to get a new room. A smoking room still. The 2nd room seems fine. but if you really are not a smoker, the cigarette smell inside the room is overwhelming. And when I am about to use the rest room, I get a little disappointed finding a dried out mans pee over the toilet bowl. Making me feel unease, since who wanted a room that is unclean right? Calling the reception for the findings, soon enough the room attendant arrives and made a quick decision for me to change the room once again. After an hour or less, they called me that the non-smoking is ready. (3rd room change) And I am happy to hear that, checked the room and the bathroom. Everything seems fine until I think of getting into the hot tub since the pool or even the gym room isn't open at that time. Unfortunately, another problem arises as the hot tub wont get flooded or even the jacuzzi wont work at all. They tried to fix it for around half an hour so, and was asked if they can stay to fix it for an another hour. So this time, I requested for a room change which at least I can use the hot tub to relax. After another half an hour of wait or less, they gave me an upgraded room which i forgot the name if it. This time they made sure that everything is clean and in working order. Well the jacuzzi is still not working, but i still got to relax over the hot tub. Its quite small compered with the Pousada de Coloane boutique hotel. They've given me late check-out and a room upgrade for the hassle it brought us, and I believe that any first time experience can be given another chance. but the next time I will be checking in is at the grand Lisboa and Lisboa palace. hopefully by this time, it wont be a littleee disappointing. Overall, staying at the hotel Lisboa is fine. They did what they can do and probably its the effect of the pandemic at this time.

作為澳門最老牌的五星級酒店，這麼多年過去了，服務和設施依然很到位。辦理入住之後，服務員會幫忙把行李直接拉到房間內，問詢公交購物等訊息都很友好，服務熱情～ 浴室出水量很足，床墊睡起來特別舒服，空調出風很足

趕上白菜價特意來到澳門半島曾經最知名的酒店，體驗舊時的繁華。整體是物超所值的，乾淨、古樸，一些細節裝飾也很有葡式風情。順便推薦下酒店三層的米其林餐廳，也是體驗葡餐的不錯選擇。

位置極佳，方圓500米可見澳門半島各色生活場景，衣食住行玩，全在樓下解決。老牌豪華酒店，有那個味。服務生都是帥哥，服務到位，很舒適

位置好，應該是距離大三巴地區最近的高檔酒店了。酒店有些年頭了，但是看上去還是不錯的，豪華有氣派，比想象中的要好很多。重要的是乾淨，沒有黴味，很舒適。酒店員工的態度也不錯，很親和。酒店裡居然還有九龍壁，很震撼啊！對了，冰箱裏的飲料免費，每天都會補充。 送機班車見圖片，但是接機要看時間，我們是下午4點多到機場，但是班車要等到6點，我們就打車去酒店了，104澳門元。

不愧是老牌五星酒店，從接待、問詢到行李員門衞，服務都非常主動周到，讓人感覺體貼舒服。按摩浴缸、象印保温壺、不含防腐劑的洗浴用品、綉着酒店logo的浴巾浴袍毛巾、特色精緻的一次性拖鞋以及大堂內展示的收藏品，都彰顯出澳門第一家五星酒店的奢華與氣派，不過受年代的侷限衞生間不大，但對喜歡復古懷舊風格的人來説一定會喜歡

除了設施略微陳舊，其他軟件方面都不錯
