The bath tub is big enough , and bath mixer fills the water very quick ! Would be nice if they have bath salt! (I brought my own bubble bath)

I love that the service here exceeded my expectations. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and everything was new. I love the interior, the lighting, all the amenities. there is a free mini that the hotel offers. After checking in One of the staff even gave us a deep sleep pillow spray which smelled so good and was so relaxing ☺️ I enjoyed the happy hour while waiting to check in because the hotel provides free drinks and snacks to customers while waiting to check in. Overall, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again!!..this hotel is the best service I have ever had in my entire life.

2nd time staying with Andaz. It's pretty new. Only weak point is a bit far so you have to walk to galaxy or take a taxi to anywhere else. Service is good. Facilities are all new. Dinning restaurant has not much choice but it's fine.

I celebrated my bday in HK & Macau date travelled Feb 25-Feb 29. I booked various hotels or in short everyday changed of hotel and among the four hotels. My top & exceptional review, I awarded to this hotel. From the lobby the staff, receptionist, 2 housekeepers Jo with a note for our linen spray very neat clean & modern room up to lifeguard dexter & all. I like your concept for giving complimentary items. Then the easiest way for check-out! All are very awesome! I’ve been to several hotels. But this is my first time to this kind of service & amenities. With that price but the service is so so so overwhelming. All are attentive & polite.Also The happy hour, the welcome drinks & nuts thanks for this program/promo. Speaking of hotel building it’s a wow The modern touch interior! All were above my expectations. Surely will comeback & highly recommendable.

If there’s an option to give 10 stars for this hotel, I would have done so. There’s so much to praise about it. Pros: Location is just 2 mins walk from Cotai West Station LTR Amazing hotel design and amazing room Very friendly and patient staff Room is huge and comfortable Shower screen has privacy function, which allows you to watch the living room TV or have some quiet private time. Toilet seat cover is heated to your desired temperature Toilet bowl has night lights in it for night use Toilet amenities are of good quality Charging ports are wireless, or using just cables to charge. (They are fast charging!!) Bed is super comfortable and they are King sized! Mini bar is FREE for one time. (RED WINE INCLUDED. YES. BEER too) Bedroom slippers are solid rubber/plastic instead of the usual cloth kind. Free lounge access, free flow of food/drinks (didn’t use them as the timing did not match my time there) Nice small comfortable pool and gym Cons Shuttle bus only goes to galaxy macau. To get to airport or ferry you would have to take to galaxy macau before transferring to another shuttle bus. The view is another hotel that is still under construction.

Very nice hotel, the room facilities is adequate and clean, but the location of hotel is a bit far away from the main shopping mall.
