Title tells the story. Booked successfully, then noticed that they charged us high season rates for the low season. Simply asked for this to be corrected, didn't make a big deal of it at all, very simple request. They refused, stating no refunds. I tried to clarify the situation, as they appeared to not get it, then they said I wasn't the type of guest they wanted and refunded all of the money. At this stage, I was glad, as their response saying I wasn't the type of guest they wanted was unwarranted. Was tempted to report them to Fair Trading NSW, but found a nearby property and all worked out with them, so I let it go. But be cautious when booking and check all the details!
