The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

Me hisieron esperar mucho para darme una habitación parecida a la que yo reservé en línea
Y al final la habitación (suite) era de muy mal aspecto

Nice place to stay, great price . Just don’t drink at the bar as the bartender is strict about having fun. She is rude and very unpredictable.

For the room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible! It was dirty and it had dirt and spots over the place! For a handicap room we were really surprised that it was that bad. The raised toilet seat had metal on the back and it’s all rusty and dirty as was under the seat and under the shower seat It was also rusty or something was dirty under it and it was just yucky! The room was OK and the beds are OK but the sheets are very thin and worn! Newvnice sheets would be great

This is an amazing place to stay in Lake Havasu City. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. The whole place was the cleanest I've seen in a long time.

My husband and I took some very needed days away to relax. We went to Lake Havasu, Arizona, and stayed at Quality Inn. I don't know why they call it Suites because they do not have any rooms with King beds and I'm not sure that they have any nice big rooms! Our checked in was okay. The room was okay. The bathroom was dirty, my husband cleaned the tub with plenty of hot water, there were ants by the sink. It is an old hotel, I imagine as the rest of them around the area, but I'm sure not all of them are maintain so poorly. Unfortunately, if the housekeepers don't do a good Job in cleaning the rooms, furniture, bathrooms, tubs, etc., everything will get stained and will look and be more dirty after each stayed. We are certain we will not stay at this hotel again! I know they have been renovating and I was told the room we were getting was one of those renovated rooms! When you find yourself in a room that has not being maintain, floors are dirty and things are coming off the wall, you may start thinking about what bugs may be there! I'm sure this room has NOT being renovated. I wore my old socks to walk around and before we checked out I left them in the trash can. As you can see by the picture, I don't think they mop the floors. Carpet was dirty, it did not look new! We only were there 2 night.
If this room has being renovated, like we were told, then they may need to ask the contractors to redo their job!
