Buen hotel, buen desayuno y restaurante para comer.
Lo único malo es que la playa está un poco sucia.
También la ubicación te obliga a cojer transporte.

Quiet, peaceful spot on the outskirts of the city.
Bed and pillows are comfy, wifi works well.
Pool is nice and forms an infinite loop so you can actually swim properly in there!
Breakfast is buffet style, we found it rather disappointing in terms of quality.

We had a nice stay at Bintang Flores.
Check in is the standard 2pm and we arrived at approximately 9.30am .
Our room was ready, (probably due to low season early December) and they allowed us to check-in. Thank you very much 🙏.
We were on the 4th floor with partial ocean views and we'll manicured grounds
Our room was a good size, comfortable bed for Asian standards and clean.
A nice cold mini bar fridge a bonus.
Beautiful grounds and great pool near the beach.
Bar also.
Ok drinks too expensive at $6.50 a small Bintang.
Breakfast was ordinary, ok if you can eat eggs everyday like my husband. He said the omelettes were great.
4th day I really enjoyed the creamy garlic potatoes and pasta.
Not that I would normally eat that for breakfast but there it was, and beautiful.
5 to 10min drive to town and Marina $7.50 from hotel.
Staff in general have little to no English and pretty well sit around chatting or on phones. It was quite though I suppose. Just a big no no for me.

Beautiful girl with great English. Always there trying to do anything and everything possible to accommodate you to the best of her ability.
I hope the rest of the girls pay attention to this young lady and learn from her. She is an absolute credit to the establishment.

My room was clean and spacious. The bed was enormous! Staff was helpful and responsive to my airport pick-up request. The location of the hotel however is slightly farther away from the busier areas in town - about 15 min walk away but easily solvable by a quick bike ride I’m sure.

Positives:
Good location, a 5min scooter ride from central Labuan Bajo, and ＜10mins from the airport.
Nice pool, refreshing in the hot temperatures.
Bed comfortable and clean sheets, room on the face of it relatively clean.
Negatives:
Restaurant was left to the open air all day and night, and as a consequence there were lots of flies.
Smokers were allowed to smoke inside in the restaurant. Gross.
Private beach wasn't kept clean, with plastic and rubbish apparent. This is a problem in Indonesia, but most hotels & resorts keep their own beaches or beaches directly in front of their premises clean, for obvious reasons.
Cockroaches in bathroom & bedroom. I appreciate this is the tropics, but given the room was cleaned each day I don't understand why these were not removed/killed. I've never experienced cockroaches in all my multiple visits to the Indo-Pacific, since an isolated encounter in Bangkok in 2006, so no excuses really.
Summary:
I would avoid, especially given there is better for the same money, and many places cheaper if you aren't bothered with a pool or beach.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Gorgeous gardens and pool with access to the beach. Delicious breakfast. They helped book our trip to Komodo island! They even packed our breakfast to go for our early trip.

Staffs were nice and helpful. They booked for us the island Hopping Day trip on a speedboat and they were always helpful to call for us a taxi as and when needed.
We had a memorable stay at Bintang Flores.
