Habitaciones súper acogedoras :)
Lo único que faltaba eran cucharaditas para el apartamento de té, lamentablemente no estaban allí.
Aparte de eso, todo es genial.

The building is is a nice location but the rooms are very dated and a bit rough. Carpet half way up the walls which was stained.
Probably an ideal hotel for a group of young lads
The breakfast is in the cafe across the road and was really nice.

El alojamiento nos encantó, bien situado, silencioso, muy cerca del centro histórico andando. Con aparcamiento fácil cerca de las instalaciones, zona de pago, pero muy muy cómodo. Las camas cómodas, el baño perfecto y habitación amplia para 3 personas. El desayuno que cogimos junto con el hotel, espectacular. La cafetería era precioso y la calidad era excelente. Sin duda repetería en este alojamiento.

La peor experiencia en 17 años de viajes de trabajo. Sucio, caro y desagradables. Cama pequeña, habitación cutre sin cocina ni sala ni frigorífico. No es un aparthotel. Extintores q sujetan las puertas, el baño de recepción es el cartucho de limpieza 3 pisos más arriba. Y desayuno en el bar al otro lado de la calle.

This was booked as a xmas gift - 2 couples with some mobility challenges. Good location about 5/10 min walk to square - reception staff welcoming and helpful we changed our room to recently renovated room after having been booked into One of smaller rooms ( don’t book these unless used to hostel life ) - renovated room about same size as premier inn rooms have all you need really - ask for iron from reception. We were on 4th floor and granted had few drinks every night never heard trams nor were we woken by them. Note beds are low if you have mobility issues and dont use the lift if you’re claustrophobic as only really is big enough for 2 - no communal space but left luggage with reception in locked room. Its not our cup of tea tbh so wouldn’t return as prefer hotel but good value all rounder

The receptionist was very welcoming, the rooms were standard, you get what you pay for with a package holiday. Few marks around the room but didn’t affect our stay as we were out most of the time and rooms are very spacious. Only downside really is having to push 2 single beds together but again, wouldn’t stop us from re-visiting this hotel, would definitely come here again. A little noisy because the trams but it’s tolerable, thank you for having us :)

Checked out after 1 horrendous night due to having absolutely nowhere else to go in a foreign country • Run down • Dirty • Unprofessional • Unsafe • False advertisement It would be safer and cleaner to sleep on the street than to stay here! Checked into room where people were sleeping as we were given wrong set of keys! Dirty carpet, mattress and bathroom the list goes on…. No help or care from staff, response to walking into someone else’s room with room keys for said room was ‘oh maybe they (receptionist who checked us in) were tired’ and endless petty excuses with eye rolling, face pulling and absolutely no care at all from the staff member we spoke to. This hotel literally needs to be shut. After walking in on someone sleeping the anxiety was unbeatable me and my partner were wide awake all night and I was startled by any noise that was made, the locks on the door… what locks?? Your suitcase locks would do a better job. (If I didn’t have to in order to submit review I wouldn’t have clicked 1 star it would have been 0)
