Koh Samui es un lugar increíble para tomar un descanso y relaj****, pero la villa Fair House definitivamente no fue la mejor parte de toda la experiencia.
Llegamos al hotel a las 2:00 p. m. y nos dimos cuenta de que el tipo de habitación que reservamos solo podía ofrecer 1 cama king size en lugar de 2 camas individuales como solicitamos en el sistema de reservas, el hotel nos ofreció rebajar nuestro tipo de habitación por 2 camas individuales sin ningún reembolso. una solución, después de media hora nos llevaron a nuestra habitación y se dieron cuenta de que aún no habían hecho la limpieza, así que nos llevaron de regreso a la recepción, esperaron otra media hora, regresamos a la habitación con huellas de zapatos en la bañera. (ver en la imagen).
Todo es un poco difícil aquí, es bastante normal esperar 20 minutos para que el transporte del hotel te recoja en tu habitación, cuando intenté pedir repelente de mosquitos de la piscina el camarero me dijo que llamara al número 0 de la recepción ( ¿Como si proporcionaran una cabina telefónica al lado de la piscina?)
Pero logramos pasar un buen rato en Koh Samui a pesar del caótico servicio aquí. No me quedaré aquí de nuevo

Independientemente de la habitación, el paisaje exterior es realmente hermoso. Es solo que esta habitación es realmente mala, el olor a cloaca es muy grave. El caudal de agua también es pequeño.

But its the small things that bother like internet is not connecting, the restaurant is expensive but what you get is less then you get in much simple restaurant,

Overall is this hotel a quite good point to escape.
We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom.
Everyone was really kind and friendly.
The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food.
Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion.
Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help.
And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes.
Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui.
It just missing few details to make it perfect.

My boyfriend and I had a great time chilling in our private pool and enjoying room service from the restaurant.
Villa amenities wise - frequent restocking of bottled water, yummy night cookies, and gave us clean towels and stuff daily.
The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our first time to Samui so we had many questions but they picked up the phone and helped :)
We hired a scooter through the hotel, which was so useful and convenient to us! We didn’t even plan on scooting around but we were thrilled we did it!
Daily breakfast was sufficient - good range of food available and daily chef making different types of eggs for us, the beachfront view was so nice!

Good value for money. The hotel is a 4 star hotel for sure not 5 stars the can improve a lot in almost every aspect of the hotel: Service, Cleanliness, food quality etc. The only real service men was the rock.

Fair house is a surprise for us. The room is carefully arranged and the bathroom is spacious enough. Every staff is well trained and professional. Rock of course is the best, he assisted us with swimming in the sea and the paddle that we felt secure enough. He shared some fun experience. We had a great time. Strongly recommend. 苏梅第一选择 性价比非常非常高
