This was our first time staying here. After we checked in, we went to our room. The first thing we noticed was that the dresser drawer kept opening, & wouldn't stay shut. Then we turned on the TV, & the volume for CNN was not working, but worked fine on every other channel. We called the front desk & notified them of this issue. About 10 minutes later, two front desk staff, Aarti & her colleague, showed up. He tried to fix the drawer, & she said she would contact the satellite company to fix the TV issue. When they left, I opened the mini fridge to store some items & noticed it was leaking. I called the front desk again, & they right away said they would switch our room. About twenty minutes later, Aarti came to the door to take us to our new room. We were impressed with the friendliness & level of customer service we received, from the time we checked in, to the time we got settled into our second room. She called us to check & see if everything was okay & if we needed anything. On our last day, we went for breakfast at 7am. The kitchen attendant approached my mother to hurry up & get breakfast because a busload of people would be arriving. This is not something you say to a paying guest - it was rude & unprofessional - she clearly lacked customer service skills. She never approached anyone else & some of the guests ended up leaving at the same time we did, & no busload of people showed up. I would have given it a 10/10, but this left a bad impression.
