Disfruté de mi estadía aquí. El personal fue muy amigable y útil. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda. Soy quisquilloso pero el desayuno era bueno. Definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

The stay at this hotel was awesome. I ended up booking this hotel after another Kingston hotel canceled on me one week prior to travel. It was due to the earthquake that occurred in the area of Kingston. In a way, it was a blessing in disguise.
I traveled with family members, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff from the front desk to The Blue Window Restaurant were great and really accommodating. The restaurant staff tried their endeavor best to accommodate my dietary restrictions (gluten & dairy free). Will definitely book this hotel again should I want/need to come back to Kingston.

The room was clean, breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive and polite. Jody- Ann at the Blue Window Restaurant was awesome! All the mornings I dined for breakfast. Her attitude, smile and sweet professionalism was consistent.

I really loved it and would definitely come back as well as recommned it, its worth every penny.
I just find the dinner servers not so pleasant as the breakfast servers. Besides that, all is well and I still love it. I lacked nothing staying there.
