I recently had the pleasure of staying at Legoland Hotel Malaysia and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail in the decor. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, conveniently situated near Legoland Malaysia, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions.What truly set this experience apart was the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and provide helpful recommendations, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.Overall, my stay at Legoland Hotel Malaysia was nothing short of fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Brought the kids over the March holidays, and they enjoyed themselves more on the Water Park theme, though. Most probably, they are slightly over age for the Legoland Theme. Nevertheless, it is pretty quite good place for smaller children who loves Lego😉

The bunk bed is metal frame so for kids under 6 years old maybe need to pay attention that they might hit the frame. The toilet was below expected because not really blend into the theme. The hotel room view is nice because the theme room under my booking was sold out and thus the reception choose another room for me. Overall i give 6/10

The facilities are on the old side and probably the room I'm staying is at ground floor, I can see little ants at times in the room. However the kids really love the bunk bed and theme in the room. They had fun unlocking the chest in the room to get free lego set. Overall if there's good deal on the hotel, can consider staying.

The themed room is good for even 3 adults & 3 children (youngest child share King bed). Price a little steep during sch hols but really affordable if you can avoid the former! Toilet is a little plain but serves its purpose with a sink for little guests too!
Buffet breakfast variety is okay, young and old enjoyed the food!
More signage to display how to get to amusement parks AND tell us if the lobby lifts are meant for us would be good. (Lift doors currently open without any indication if it is heading up or down)

The room is actually fantastic, just that there is ants in the room, lot of ants and they roam around the moment there is food and drinks in the room. Conditions quite bad because of the ants. Other than that all are perfect!!!

The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars for the service crews and receptionists. The only problem is the early check out timing 11am is too early . We only checked in 7:40pm on 8 March . The hotel allow check in only after 4pm. However we must check out by 11am and even request late check out also must get out by 12pm. That’s very unfair for us. We paid 2 nights and from 4pm check in and check out should be also 4pm. Around Legoland there are other better hotels , I will not recommend legoland hotel if you are also like me, who think this early check out system is unfair. You decide if this is worth to pay for 4 pm-11am one day at SGD380 per day during school holiday.
