My sister and I had a 4 night break, both had our own rooms which where the most well thought out I think I've stayed in, every detail was made to make the stay enjoyable and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms where immaculate and the rooms very clean, thank you Adi. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, exceptionally good. The staff where very warm and friendly yet professional. Thank you to Carmelita and her team, we cant wait to return.

Lovely Sunday lunch - beautiful roast beef. This is a delightful country house hotel. Very stylish, rather private and discreet. Beautiful gardens. Very charming. We come here for Sunday lunch four or five times a year and are never disappointed. I had a delicious tomato and watermelon based first course, followed by roast rib of beef and Yorkshire pudding. Desserts are not my thing so I finished with cheese and biscuits. A lovely meal at a good set menu price. My husband went a la carte with tempura fried oysters to start and belly pork main, followed by some delicious icecream. I stole an oyster - wonderful!! It really is very, very nice. For me, it would boost to excellent with some minor improvements. I prefer linen on the table to Formica tops; we had to ask for pepper, salt and horseradish; the cheeseboard was rather heavy on cheese, (no blue), huge but tasteless grapes and Christmas flavoured chutney rather than a more spring like quince jelly or dried apricots. Very good and good value in a beautiful setting. See you again! HH

Excellent from start to finish. Housekeeping were very helpful with choice of rooms and restaurant manager went out of his way to make sure all requirements were catered for. All staff were charming.

My wife and I were in one of the superior plus rooms (room 11) on the ground floor - Brilliant! Very modern and comfortable - can’t fault it. The downside for us, we had to rely on public transport to get around the Island. Buses were every two hours to St Helier (and yes, we had to go to the main terminal everytime to get a connecting bus) and the last bus back to the hotel is 7pm. The hotel itself (staff, bar, restaurant, rooms, etc) is excellent though! If we were to go again we would either hire a car or take our own.

Beautiful gem in the middle of Jersey. Fantastic room and exceptional staff…. all of them. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding…. Fabulous chef. Thank you to the Portuguese lady manager, she couldn’t be more helpful! Fantastic, attentive, friendly and professional.

This hotel has all the features of a top hotel. Our superior plus room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower. Quality amenities were provided free. The staff are all very professional as well as being polite and friendly. The restaurant, bar and restaurant provide top quality food and drink. The meals were all freshly prepared and excellent quality. Outside, the garden and public areas were very impressive. Well done to everyone at Greenhills!

Girls' weekend (early 50s) in late March. We hired a car at the airport and the hotel was easy to find, with a warm welcome from staff. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and the whole hotel had a classy but comfortably relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The courtyard pool looked lovely although not open this early in the year. The grounds were well maintained. Would definitely visit again. Excellent base for exploring Jersey by car.

My stay at Green Hills was truly delightful, highlighted by exceptional service and a remarkable dining experience in their two-rosette restaurant. Cozying up by the fire after exploring Jersey added a magical touch to my visit. The hotel's staff were outstanding, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.

Our second time staying at this hotel. We had a wonderful experience again with very attentive and friendly staff who remembered our preferences and dietary needs from our previous visit. We stayed in the Superior Room and found it to be extremely comfortable and well-attended through room service and daily refresh of the space, as well as having great views of the garden. The updated bar menu was welcome as it provided more vegetarian choices for a lighter evening meal, as an alternative to the full dinner service, which was also excellent. A range of non-dairy milks were gratefully available for hot drinks; we also particularly enjoyed the selection of unique cocktails on offer. The room was warm and spacious with plenty of storage space and good utilities; breakfast was exceptional each morning, and the option of room service made this a great choice with the restaurant staff ensuring we were given a selection of food and drinks from the buffet, which was thoughtful. We rented bikes locally for the duration of our stay and the manager was happy to accommodate us in locking these up at the car park each day. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable and relaxing again.
