We booked hotel thinking it is IHCL brand so quality and hygiene would be decent. And mind you rates are not less. Cleaning not great, room was dusty. Breakfast spread unappetising. Reception staff was very insensitive and stubborn on arrival, made us wait 40 minutes over a payment issue, which was later found to be non issue. The staff does not smile or even wish you properly. Rooms are very small, twin room had one chair to sit. Only exception was HK attendant he was very warm and when we pointed out dirty sheets on arrival in room acted quickly and changed them. Pillows had foam getting bundled, bathroom dustbin dirty, towels smelled weird.
