It was a nice room, very clean the beds were comfortable, however, I think it’s very petty to put little bitty waters in the room but you can’t drink unless you pay for them! I think that’s very cheap when you pay so much for the hotel and you pay a $10 resort fee. A bottle of water should be included! The water hot water in the room was not hot at all and that was very disappointing. I think there’s some small things that need to be fixed when you charge that much to stay in a hotel and the room itself is very nice but to charge for small waters and then not have a hot water work properly is disappointing.

Snowed 4-6 inches, no snow removal, steps outside were a Safety Hazard.
No shuttle available...none of this disclosed. I will never stay again !

terrific last minute price. The only negatives were a sink that wouldn't drain and the fact you must brave the smoke-filled ******** hall to get to your room. Otherewise, very nice accommodations and service.

Horseshoe ****** was alright due to the beds being comfortable. The floors were messy, no fridge or microwave. Loud blaring alarm was going off in the hallway all night, no breakfast and the tv channels were horrible. Will never stay here again

$10 availability fee for use of elevator, wifi, tv, etc. Make it part of room cost instead of trying to fool folks the rooms are low cost, but there is a fee to pay. I dislike added-on fees.

Everything was as we expected. Very nice, clean with fast and easy check in. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Well lit parking area too.
