Este es el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en Turquía tres veces en más de diez días. Este hotel es realmente bueno, el ambiente es bueno, la habitación es grande y el desayuno también tiene los favoritos chinos, con pimientos y desayuno de otros lugares No es delicioso en absoluto, me quedaré en este hotel la próxima vez que venga a Turquía, elogios de cinco estrellas

This hotel is really bureaucratic and rude. I made a reservation 3 times because of misunderstanding when I was traveling with my husband. But when I realized that I had placed an order, I tried to cancel it, but there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would not return the money we had already taken from our credit account for 3 rooms for 3 nights with 6 breakfasts. Also, we took the money and said with a laugh that it's not my problem if you don't come in. It is 10/-10 if you really appreciate it, it is not service like the actions taken by the employees who are very greedy and have no relationship. Please don't hurt the tourists by your greed anymore

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

The refused to bring for us tea and they asked us to do it , it is not 5 stars hotel
There is no car parking service you must park your car by your self , in my opinion it is a good 3 stars hotel

一整晚沒睡 一整晚都在聽關門聲音 走廊還一直有人打電話 前台後半夜打電話過來 大家還是不要來 spa還亂收費 是正常酒店價格的兩倍多 隔音很差 無法保證我們在國外休息的酒店 下次免費我也不要住
