Superb experience staying at the Banjaran, the service is excellent and every detail is taken care of. Special shoutout to Veron for giving us a tour and explaining in great detail of each facilities. He has went the extra to make our stay comfortable, extremely greatful.

Stayed for 4D3N. Peaceful and quiet location, a good place to rest for the body and mind. Each villa has its own hotspring tub, enjoyable. Food quality at the restaurant was good though abit expensive. Only gave 4* for the service because on the last night there, I requested for a bucket of ice......it took 3 phone calls and a wait of about 1hour and 15mins for it to arrive at my villa, disappointed.

I booked this hotel despite its price and location because I want to experience something different. Indeed it didn’t fail to wow me the moment I stepped in. This resort is very exclusive. The room is huge and it has a private hot spring tub and a mini pool. Exploring the resort is like a mini excursion which you get to see a crystal cave , cave cafe and cave restaurant. There is a Dr fish pond and an outdoor hotspring pool. There are also natural saunas and a cold water pond. You get free access to the Lost World of Tambun Theme Park but avoid Tuesdays cos the park is closed. I would stay here again the next time I visit Ipoh. We also love the Ala carte breakfast buffet which serves international breakfast. The local cuisines were so yummy. Staff are very polite and helpful. Well done Sunway!

My 2nd stay is even better than the 1st stay. The staff went all out to make our stay special with little gifts - eg. The Banjaran cap with our names embroidered on it was a nice touch.
Service is excellent as usual.
