Registro tarde en la noche sin problemas y rápido, prueba / vacuna solicitada de covid. La habitación es lo suficientemente grande y la cama es cómoda, regresa algunas veces y vale la pena el precio, excepto la falta de pasta de dientes / cepillo de dientes y durmientes. El desayuno es bueno para probar. La salida tardía es una buena oferta que brindas. En general, una buena estancia. El bar del piso 12 también es agradable para relaj**** por la noche. El aparcamiento está abajo, día entero 18 €!

Considering the beautiful view you get from your room, it's worth the buck. However, don't expect you are staying in a 5 start hotel with 5 star service.

The location is very near HBF, it’s new, clean and with the great view. The room sound proofing (with next door) wasn’t great. But I was not happy is the service, I booked and prepaid online a few days before checking in. And when we checked in on the day, the front desk told me the payment from travel agent was failed and asked me for full payment in Euro. I was disappointed but still paying again due to late check in hour, and reported to Trip customer service online later. Trip customer service was responsive, and clarified it was the mistake on the hotel side in a moment later. The hotel refunded the payment in the next day, but i have paid twice currency exchange (paid and refund) of credit card charges from bank for the mistake made by the hotel, and they should have time to sort it out with the agent, not to the guest on the arrival day.

The view is breathtaking! No hotels here offers such panoramic view of the town and its mountains. Right next to the central station and bus terminal. Walkable to old town and also shopping mall at the back. We also walked to the Congress station to go up the mountains.
Many eateries around.. for Muslim travellers, many halal options too. Breakfast at the hotel was so-so. Room is clean and modern. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Best hotel and well recommended!

Booked classic double room, good size and amenities except no bedroom slippers. Enjoyed nice dinner at their restaurant as well. Good for self driving as the public PEMA Garage is within hotel building, easy access.
