Sea Street Inn

Perfect friendly host/chef who prepared our gourmet breakfast (included in room price)! He gave us great recommendations for dinner out, walking to nearby beach, and info about the area. Very comfortable king bedroom with all the amenities, including his wife’s garden grown flowers. Thank you!

The Sea Street Inn has a comfy modern feel (not so modern that it feels sterile, and not so comfy that you feel like you are intruding on another’s personal space). The inn has been tastefully renovated with modern amenities, while maintaining charm through wide planked floors and exposed brick walls. The room we stayed in had an en suite bath, personal coffee maker, small fridge, and smart TV. Communal areas double as art galleries, with stunning photography on the walls. The multi-course breakfast gives best-kept-secret vibes, but Adrian, the inn keeper, is happy to share some of his culinary knowledge and even sent us off with some recipes. Hyannis was home base for us for a few days, during which our explorations were enhanced by local tips from Adrian. Even when we were set to move on in our journey, Adrian provided us a map on which he indicated spots to consider visiting (great suggestions!!) and made dinner reservations for us in our next town. He truly went all out to ensure that our trip was spectacular.

If you want to be greeted upon arrival like you just reunited with a long lost friend. If you want to come down to a creatively inspired breakfast to the cool music of Pink Floyd and Enigma, then the Sea Street Inn is a Hyannis, MA must! Adrian, the owner/chef’s breakfast is the essence of the Inn. As is the beautifully curated art collection. The rooms are meticulous and pristine graced with lovely orchids and a well stocked fridge. The welcome box of chocolates warranted a visit to the shop downtown for gifts to bring home. If you want a myriad of ideas for places to go, things to do, restaurants to visit, Adrian has all the answers. He was happy to help plan all aspects of our visit. Sea Street Inn was a home away from home during our stay but with attentive hospitality.

The Sea Street Inn is the best place to stay on the cape. Adrian made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and you can see the passion he has for helping his guests. From giving us tips on where we should visit to getting us a discount on the ferry. The Sea Street Inn is in a quiet area of town and is very clean and comfortable. The crown jewel of our visit was the gourmet breakfast. Adrian’s ultimate passion is food and it showed in the combination of fresh ingredients he used in each course of the breakfast. Adrian was a wealth of information about the cape and the islands. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn.

Chef Adrian pampered us with a five course breakfast and was very accommodating in every way. The Inn was historic, quiet and comfortable. A lovely respite and walking distance to the ocean. It was a sweet taste of life in New England. We’ll be back!

The proprietor was engaging and was a great resource for everything on the Cape from fine dining to worthwhile activities. Also within walking distance of Hyannis for shopping & dining.

Adrian met us with a big smile and a warm welcome. He made us feel right at home. The first two rooms of the Inn that we explored had amazing photos that stimulated a great conversation. The upstairs suite was cozy, and we slept so well. Adrian gave us great directions to explore the Cape. If you haven't been, you must go! It's beautiful. We ended our time at Sea Street Inn by consuming a delicious breakfast cooked by Adrian. The selection was fresh and so delicious! Cannot say enough about our stay. We will be back!! I’ve done a lot of travel and stayed in some high end accommodations, but I was over the top impressed with the Sea St Inn. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience. The property grounds are lovely, my room was a welcome respite after a long day of travel with a super comfortable bed, a coffee maker, small fridge, and a great selection of TV channels. The art collection in the inn is extensive and has been curated by Adrian and his wife. But wait - there’s more. The four course breakfasts prepared by Adrian were exquisite. I enjoyed homemade pastries, fresh fruit, a lobster BLT (yummy) and smoked trout one morning and smoked salmon and oysters (equally yummy) another day. All while listening to wonderful music in the gorgeous dining room that adjoins a very impressive kitchen. Only the freshest ingredients prepared with great care and attention to detail. Nothing on the web site prepared me for this experience! I can’t wait to return.

Very well appointed inn with gourmet breakfasts (chef and owner educated at the French Culinary School of New York). He was a font of all sorts of information and recommendations. Good location. Best pillow ever. Had no neck pain as I usually do. Very comfortable bed. 2 beautiful and interesting art galleries. Pleasing decor and a calm, laidback vibe which I desperately needed as I was there due to my husband being hospitalized because of a health emergency. We live in Marthas Vineyard, so we were away from home. Landing at the Sea Street Inn was a blessing. Adrian, the owner was very kind and Accommodating.
