Convenient to island transportation. Basic, no frills, price performer. If you just need a place to stay after a long trip, and then catch the boat to one of the islands, this is ok.

check in went smoothly. Room was comfortable, but a little dared. Was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. There were other rooms that did have one.

They say no pets, we saw people with dogs on premises. The room smelled like a wet stinky dog. There were stains on bedding and did not look clean. We drove 8 hours to get to this?! I was overwhelmed, we went to CVS for cleaning supplies and air fresheners. However, ********** rep got them to reimburse next 2 nights and we moved hotels.

I wanted a reasonably priced place to stay that was clean with a pool, and this fit the bill. It was not fancy or totally updated, but it was very clean with an indoor and outdoor pool that are actually heated. It is near everything in Hyannis and the desk staff were very nice. A continental breakfast would be nice, but for the price, this is indeed a very good value. Will return.

I didn't realize the lobby closed at 11:30 pm. We didn't arrive until 2:30 am and had to find a different hotel.

It was comfortable enough. The beds were hard but the ac was nice. For the price though at almost $200 a night I was expecting better. The parking lot was loud with people and it felt a little scary at night. On check out day I felt like we were being rushed with housekeeping knocking on our door 3 different times. They brought us clean towels right away when asked and were friendly. I was just expecting more for that price.
