I had invited my family for 2 nights at the hotel as I wanted to celebrate my birthday. Because I wanted it to be a great stay for the entire family I booked a Four Star hotel. I could have wanted to save some money and booked a cheaper hotel in Husum but I did not. However when we got our rooms our room was smelly very small and not a 4 Star room at all. Therefore we made a complaint and the receptionist was the most rude person I have ever come across. She told us we got what we paid for 🤷♀️ it have paid for a 4 Star hotel but I got a room that was nothing near a 2 Star hotel!!! She had no intention of seeking a solution but offered us the possibility to get another room for an extra 100 euro for 2 nights. I must say that I am extremely disappointed - I chose a better hotel in order to celebrate my birthday and It was all ruined due to an extremely arrogant and unpleasant receptionist who I hope is an employee and not the owner. And should it be an employee if would sack her immediately should she be my employee.

Sehr nettes Personal. Waren mit Baby sehr willkommen und man hat uns immer Hilfe angeboten. Frühstück war einfach perfekt. Bestes Frühstück was wir bisher in Hotels hatten.

Fantastisk dejligt hotel, lækker morgenbuffet med stort udvalg for enhver smag, venlig og imødekommende personale og meget rent. Kommer helt sikkert igen og kan varmt anbefales

Hier möchte man gerne länger bleiben. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Unser Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und der Hafen ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das mega Frühstück. So etwas erlebt man selten, sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für Alles 🥰
