저렴하고 좋은 숙소에요! 특히 직원분들이 상당히 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 :) 도착하자마자 후에에서의 계획을 묻고 지도 팜플렛을 꺼내서 주변 관광지를 어떻게 투어하면 좋은지 추천해주시고, 취향껏 선택할 수 있게 다양한 선택지를 얘기해주셔서 좋았어요!

Nos alojamos en Serene Palace durante nuestra estancia en el hotel y solo podemos decir que estuvo genial! El personal muy atento a todo, las instalaciones muy buenas, muy limpio, cama muy cómoda. El personal nos atendió a todo desde nuestra llegada. Contratamos con ellos el taxi de recogida del aeropuerto y una excursión increíble en moto hasta Hoi An. Nos dieron todos las facilidades y nos recomendaron qué hacer durante nuestra estancia. Recomendable 100%!!

My mum and i stayed 6 nights and the staff at this hotel were extraordinary in their service, from front desk and door men through to kitchen staff and cleaners. They treated my mum and I very well. At all times they had humour and professionalism. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean with good size rooms. The beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with good range including fruits, hot and cold options along with omelettes and eggs made to order.

This hotel was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, breakfast had a good selection with an egg station, Asian choices, fruit and pastry items and great coffee. The waitress Su Su was so helpful with places to visit around Hue and gave us some fruit for our long journey onwards. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful recently renovated hotel. This was our second time in this hotel. All the staff were fantastic especially Catherine and Kelly at the front desk who always guided us in the right direction. The rooms were always made up daily and a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would not go anywhere else in Hue.

You won’t find a better Hotel in Huế, guaranteed! The staff are incredibly helpful, they simply can’t do enough for you, and most speak good English which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, sheets crisp, with good pillows. The bathrooms come well equipped, with great showers, and piping hot water. We opted to have the breakfast and it offered a wide choice, we have a vegetarian in our group, and the was always a good choice for all of us. The Hotels well located, right next to the walking street areas, so ideal for exploring Huế. I can’t speak highly enough of the Staff, or the Hotel, it’s now our go to stop in Huế.

Centrally located within walking distance to local sight, cafes, markets & restaurants & the weekend walking streets. The Hue Serene Palace offers travellers clean rooms with good A/C, great showers, WiFi & comfortable beds. Rooms are serviced daily. A delicious breakfast is served on site. Front desk English speaking staff are knowledgeable & friendly & can provide services such as tours, transport & laundry. Highly recommended.

A pristine entrance with plenty of staff to welcome you. The room was very good, with a view of the city. Walking distance to the hub of Hue’s restaurants and bars A very buzzy vibe. The staff are welcoming and efficient I very comfortable stay.
