Yule Guesthouse

交通便利是唯一的優點，得一分，但這次是體驗感極差的一次住宿旅行。在攜程訂了家庭房，入住兩晚，總計1390元。房間估計9個平方，不是11平。一大一小床位佔滿後，開門都開不直，行李箱沒有地方放置，箱子躺下，人就得上床了。衞生間一個平方，沖涼可以，但洗髮不行。男生晚上頭靠着窗睡，腳可以碰到衞生間的門。另外，這不是賓館，用詞不恰當，不過是個民宿而已，錯誤引導客户消費預期。攜程圖片看着還好，實際周邊衞生差，電梯老舊，入住兩天就遇到電梯壞了在維修。非常差的體驗，這個價格和住宿環境完全不匹配。老闆微信上服務態度確實很好，但是對於客户來説，僅態度好是沒辦法説服客户的。這個價格不知道攜程網有沒有把關，這是對客户不負責任的表現。希望我的體驗可以給其他客户選擇上幫助，同樣價格，周邊是可以有很多選擇的。

真的讓人很傻眼🙄️，電梯壞掉，平台上也沒寫說是無人服務的，要自助入住，位置標示不清，若我沒有帶內地電話，我們也找不到人可以找到入口處….反正非常不推薦，我整整找了一小時才找到，後來好不容易找到出門再回去，僅存的一部電梯也壞了，要從其他棟到頂樓，再走一層到天台，再繞下來，我真的大開眼界…..

環境：地鐵站3分鐘就到，公交車站都有。比較方便，樓下就是購物吃食，逛街超方便，走一會就是碼頭，而且都很安靜。 服務：老闆人很好，沒有前台接待，但我覺得這樣更好，直接發密碼就好了。房間感覺比其他地方性價比高很多，什麼都有，牙刷，毛巾，一次性鞋子啥啥都有，下次還來。

門前十米臟舊亂。沒有前台，衹留一個電話，打過去給密碼，號稱賓館都這樣。在香港賓館就是民工屋，與酒店不一樣。我沒住，款是攜程象徵性退了幾十元。賓館毫無良心，拒退任何費用。很無語的賓館，怎能上攜程的網！！

體驗感特別差，賓館特別小，我們家長者在房間衞生間摔倒，賓館當天連人都沒有露面，第二天早上報警，警察和救護車來了，賓館才來了一個人，去醫院全程沒有人陪護，都是我們自己辦理的，長者最後在香港伊利沙伯醫院最後診斷腳踝骨折，我們是內地人在香港語言也不通，最後我們打車回賓館，下午我們打車去口岸費用就花了380多，這個賓館一點人性沒有，我們和酒店協商賠償的事，賓館説讓我們寫個保證書不起訴賓館，還要把去醫院檢查的費用發票給他，這樣給我們賠償300塊錢，真是不知道賓館怎麼想的，我們差300塊錢嗎，衹會在微信上告訴我們怎麼辦，但是賓館一直沒有人露面陪同，所以建議大家都不要定這家賓館，體驗感特別特別差

Amazing, surprise and much more than expected.The Yule guesthouse is in a great location. The owner of the house is very helpful and has a good security. There is full amenities like a hotel. The small room was not a problem for us at all but was comfortable and warm. ** There is a bathroom in the room.**

We arrived earlier than expected, but our check-in was at 2 pm but the landlord allowed us to check in early. I talk to him since our luggage are big and heavy we don't have a place to go to leave our things. We were 7 people and we booked 2 rooms but the other room was rented to a different side of the building, so I talked to him and asked if my friends could leave their things in our room while we were waiting for our friends to settle and he said yes. This is far from what I expected. He was so kind to welcome my friends and go the extra mile to allow us to check in early. But no worries we check out early 2hrs before our checkout time. We are all exhausted but this owner never hesitates to welcome us. The room is enough for us I wasn't able to take a picture but what you see is what you can expect. This is my second time in Hongkong and I will be back in this place. 10mins walk to the nearest tourist pot and MTR. Very convenient and the owner is very accommodating and will answer all your questions. This place has a heater, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, electric kettle, blower, and fast internet and is very clean. Love it!

Very nice hotel in the heart of Hong Kong! The room is small, but it added a Hong Kong feel to my trip. The owner does a great job and service, leaving everything you might need from slippers to lighters. Also on the 1 floor you can find the laundry. A huge shoutout and thanks to the owner! Definitely recommend!

The room was very clean & the person in charge is always quick in replying any queries. She/he makes sure we are assured with all the answers given. Very good locations with many eateries around. Very accessible from the airport as well. Would stay again soon for our next trip !!
