Good hotel for short trip

1st night my van got broken into from your car park and tools stolen, and I had to pay for this privilege!!! must be a common occurrence as staff weren’t shocked at all nor bothered. Awful squealing noise awoke me in my room at 3am, staff moved me to a different room which had zero natural light and again another annoying constant whirling noise of the bathroom fan even when off, not value for money at all. No lift and an maze like structure with an abundance of stairs to navigate to my room, ridiculous. This hotel needs knocking down and re building, out dated and vile!!! Would never stay here again even if you paid me. Disgusting!! I stayed for 4 nights in total and my room wasn’t cleaned once nor the towels replaced!! Only found out at check out that you have to let them know if you want your room cleaning!!! Rooms outdated and noisy, you can hear the neighbours and people up and down the corridors !

We stayed overnight for a family gathering and cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Antonio and Glenys . Would definately return.

Handy place to stay for visiting London with Kenton tube opposite, ample parking (additional charge £6 daily).Standard Premier Inn, very clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.Restaurant very old and tired, not up to the standard we’d expect in terms of surroundings or food quality (cold) or availability.Staff, however, were excellent and must be working in challenging circumstances. All in though an economical place to stay and visit the City.

Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained.Plenty parking spaces.Good location with many shops and restaurants around.Easy access to rail.I had a 5 day course at Northwick hospital and the location was perfect

Have stayed at this premier inn on many occasions it’s always clean and friendly There is a little noise from the train line but nothing much Unfortunately the restaurant adjacent is not as good food is fine but the service is terrible and the staff do not care On the Sunday had a table booked for 8 waited 5 minutes to get seated in a fairly empty restaurant Got ignored for 20 minutes gave up and ate in the bar which had dirty glass and plates on every table

I always enjoy staying at a Premier Inn. I have stayed at several now, and find them comfortable, with helpful, friendly staff. This hotel is no exception. The company have put some money into the hotel recently, with a refurbished reception area. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and there is good food available at the Beefeater nextdoor.

Położenie hotelu dogodne zarówno do dojazdu do Warner Bros Studio (Making of Harry Potter) w Watford (dojazd Overground), jak i do centrum Londynu (stacja Kenton na linii Bakerloo i łatwy dojazd autobusami 114, 183 i 223 do Metropolitan w Harrow-on-the-Hill). Genialna afgańska knajpa w okolicy, koniecznie na wieczorną kolację, nawet przez 3 dni z rzędu (można brać różne dania, :-)). Dużo małych spożywczaków 24 h obok, dodatkowo polski sklep spożywczy vis-a-vis hotelu

The staff are outstanding. So friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Quiet room, well serviced when required. Endless tea and supplies. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Just 3 minutes across the road via pedestrian crossing to the Bakerloo Line. Easy journey into the centre.
