酒店內部硬件略微有些舊但是收拾的很乾凈，整體環境很好，很安全，早餐也很豐富，值得推薦。

Cresta Hotel Harare thanks to Kudakwashe for his friendly welcoming smile. Such good service personalized we felt so special. Daily room service with a smile. Good stay after a traumatizing airbnb experience. Our holiday turned out to be amazing. Thank you Cresta Hotel Harare you guys rock!!

Excellent Service @ Cresta Lodge from the Main Gate, on the way to the Conference Room, during the Workshop and after the Workshop ,scrumptious lunch not forgetting the teas during the health break ,throughly enjoyed the coffee and carrot cake from Cool Beans ,keep shining!!!

We had a really good stay at Cresta Lodge which was recommended by a friend of ours who is from Zim. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was really good, had the most amazing burger on day one. Room was decently sized and very neat. Only challenge was the phone for room service where they couldn’t hear us but they’d always send someone down to our room to take the order when this happened 😊

What a memorable experience I had on my last visit at Cresta Lodge. The gardens are quite impeccable. Lawns are well maintained. The decor and design of the hotel is just outstanding. I attended on a business conference and it was quite a success. Some members of our team joined virtually and the WiFi was exceptionally good. Their biggest strength should be their breakfast which is really wonderful with a decent variety of pastries to choose from. Service is top notch from reception to the Chatters restaurant. I highly recommend anyone who intends to visit Harare for a business trip to try this hotel. They will not regret it. Easily the best in town.

I visited Cresta lodge during my just ended vacation to Zimbabwe. Firstly the location is very convenient. Far from the hustle of the cbd yet relatively close to the airport. The shuttle services were waiting for me with my name up which was quite amazing. I had a quick check in and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals from Chatters restaurant. WiFi was fast with no glitches. Room service was exceptionally good. Special mention goes to Grace who was the room attended. Keep up the good work Cresta Lodge!!! Will definitely come back again

This place is very beautiful. The gardens are lush and green. Service ws excellent. Tinashe the manager was very helpful. Breakfast and lunch is simply breathtaking. I recommend anyone visiting Harare to visit Cresta hotel. It is amazing we had a wonderful time nd conference
