Хороший свежий отель в центре. Но огромный минус в том, что отель делает псевдолюксы из стандартных номеров. Между 2-х стандартных номеров ставят дверь. Шумоизоляции, соответсвенно, ноль. И если ваш сосед любит спать под телевизор, то и вы будете вынуждены так спать. Упирайтесь руками и ногами, если Вас поселят в такой номер. А так все очень прилично. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый.

Hotel nuevo, muy bien ubicado, buena decoración con cama muy cómoda y buen baño. Muy pulcro, buenas toallas. No tiene desayunador ni restaurante lo que es una lástima porque hay que salir a buscar donde desayunar y las cafeterías estaban cerradas hasta las 10 de la mañana!!!

Very modern and cozy hotel in a very center of the city. The hotel is a brand new hotel, very clean and with a very attentive service. Thanks to a staff and management it makes our stay in Gyumri very impressive. I hope to be back to the hotel… very much recommended Great spa, though You have to pay extra, but. believe me, it worth it. Take to the consideration it is not in the hotel building, just 3 minute walk.

We are very satisfied with cleanliness, comfort, food, service. The hotel has a great location as it is situated very close to the main square. The rooms are accomodated with all the necessary items. We have spent a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Glad I chose this hotel in the center of Gyumri. Clean rooms, friendly staff, modern interior and varied breakfast for all types of people. For sure will stay here when visit Gyumri again🤍🤍🤍 Thank you so much for the beautiful corner🫶🫶

To be honest, I booked this place not having high expectations, as it was a 4 star hotel. However the reality surpassed my expectations and I am amazed by this hotel. Though the rooms were small, they have been fresh, super clean, well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, with good water and amenities. The staff also was super helpful, cheering. The reception girl was very cheerful patiently helping us to choose the room and satisfying all our request. Another thing is the superior location of the hotel, we tried to walk in Gyumri and all our roads crossed near our hotel. That was surprising and amazing at the same time. Overall, me and my friends are amazed by this hotel, and it has become a MUST return for us. Highly recommend.

The newly opened Gyumri hotel was a revelation for me with its innovative style, rooms, delicious cuisine, friendly staff.During my next visit to Gyumri, I will definitely use the services of that wonderful hotel complex again.I highly recommend visiting this place

The staff were friendly, ready to hell with any request. The location in the center of Gyumri helps to circulate without difficulty. The restaurant was in 5 min walk on main road of Gyumri. The rooms were super comfortable, clean and cozy. Our room had a balcony.
