The ocean was crystal clear the beach was always clean. You did not need to do all inclusive. Overall, my vacation was excellent. I’m glad I chose the landings resort and spa.

Our Butler Maverick was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip! The spa and food were great. The beach is calm and beautiful.

My wife and our three kids visited the property and stayed in an ocean front room. It was perfect, the Landings has the best beaches, food, staff and it was overall an outstanding vacation. Can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Very disappointing. We were placed in an old unit that was way too far from the Beach Club where we ate breakfast every day. This property clearly discriminates against ******* bookings. We have 2 family members who cannot walk long distances. Despite numerous requests for a centrally located unit (including pre-arrival) our requests went unheeded. The ensuing walks were painful. One of our family members has severe allergies; food service manager could not have been kinder or more attentive. However, the prices -- especially for drinks -- were outlandish. Lunch service was indifferent at best; literally a minimum 2 hour experience. Maid service was poor -- they had to be constantly reminded to bring new towels and refill the coffee/creamers on a daily basis. This property should be much more attentive given the prices!

Exceeded any and all expectations! Staff make the resort and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly and helpful. You could tell that they enjoyed working at The Landings. Food was great and it never felt too busy, even though we were there right before Christmas. No issue getting beach chairs, or using the beach equipment. Condo itself was clean and spacious and gave us a “wow” factor every time we walked in! Staff was excellent and really made our stay! Miguel and Nicholas are a big part of our family’s stories and fun memories! Definitely recommend the all-inclusive option. Thank you Landings for a great vacation!

Beautiful resort with fantastic apartments and a great beach and pools. Long drive from the airport but nothing that the resort could do about that. Food is generally good, but you could get away with a bed and breakfast and explore restaurants outside the resort. It does get to repetitive in the resort. Really good service but it took a long long time to receive food for non buffet orders during the Christmas busy season. Wi fi could be better but in general this is a top notch resort.

Positives: guest rooms were very nice and spacious, property had multiple pools, beach was great, scenic location, clean and well kept grounds
Negatives: service did mot match the quality of the accommodations, dining options were very poor (except for the beach bar for lunch, which was very good for a casual beach lunch)
Work Arounds: rent a car to have flexibility to drive to nearby restaurants for a variety of 5-star dining options
